A few steps from the main square and the sea, it is the perfect base for experiencing the village without a car. Including the possibility of a precious free parking space (available from April), located a 7-minute walk from the accommodation outside the pedestrian area of the centre. Ideal for couples, small families or friends, it can comfortably accommodate up to three people.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Small Studio apartment in "Piazzetta"

Bright and characteristic small apartment overlooking "La Piazzetta" in the Old Town. It has a one and a half square bed (140 cm x 190 cm) on the mezzanine, ideal for a person or a couple, also has a small armchair bed (70 cm x 180 cm) next to the kitchen. Not suitable for people with reduced motor skills (see images) or people of large size. Windows are thermo and sound-absorbing. Kitchen is well-equipped. Climate control. Heating. Sheets not ironed ;)
