It is located right in front of the Atlantic Ocean, although you have to park and walk approximately 200 meters to the house including some steps. Nice friendly local neighborhood. Comfortable and quiet one bedroom suite accommodation with terrace, small living room, kitchen and bathroom. Located in a beautiful house of rationalist design, built by a renowned Canarian architect of the time, the Tenerife D. J. E. Marrero Regalado. Being located on the main road that connects Santa Cruz with La Laguna, some sensitive visitors not accustomed to urban centers may find the sound of traffic annoying, but the ease of parking can compensate. :)
