Take the Ferry to Katendrecht (6 minutes) and you will find yourself in the urban industrial part of the city with many restaurants & bars. The ‘Zuiderpark’ is at walking distance and grocery shops are around the corner. Beach at 40min drive by car

It is fully equipped with underfloor heating which can be arranged by yourself. A space with a light and peaceful look, great for relaxing. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. Centrally located to Rotterdam, the windmills of Kinderdijk and Gouda. Great for visiting Ahoy Rotterdam. Also nice by water bus to Rotterdam or Dordrecht.
