What a nice place to be!!! What you see is what you get!!! The studio was very clean, well located, very quiet and comfortable! Shawn was a perfect host! He's friendly and welcoming. He helped us to plan our visit of Key West! We could walk to the beach, Duval Street, Southernmost continental point, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend this place and we wish to return eventually! Thanks for everything Shawn! On arrival Shaun was not at home but had hand written a note that he would be back shortly and we would be welcome to join for a drink. Shaun and Adele upon meeting them are two genuine and friendly people who have the interests of their guests at heart. After a short tour of the room we were ready to enjoy our stay. The room is exactly as in the pictures, wonderful and clean, and the bed so comfortable!!. Unfortunately we did not see Shaun by our departure but left a note in the letterbox. This was our first experiance with Airbnb and we were not dissapointed both with Shaun as host and the room. We can 100% reccommend this accomodation when in Keywest. Kevin & Jana Keywood

If you want to visit Key West this is the place to stay. Close to everything with bikes available to really catch each unique place. The unit is beautifully decorated with every thing you need. Lots of privacy and yet steps or a text away with any concern. We really enjoyed our stay in Key West!!

We had such a lovely month in Key West. There was so much to do, we only wish we could stay another month! The cottage was a perfect place to stay. Excellent location, very comfortable and beautifully decorated with all the right touches.

Due to high winds we were not able to get out on the sailboat but Julie had a solid plan B for us. We had a great time in Key West and would stay with Julie again.

We was a 3 guys on a yacht it was amazing experience we slept there in the middle of the ocean and the sleeping was amazing really amazing. we wake up in the morning go on the Kayak jump to the ocean drink some beer, and eat breakfast, the feeling was freedom a serious freedom. And he take care of us about everything. Everything we needed he just give us and he was very very nice guy. Just Indescribable experience, We suggest to everyone try it, cause it was incredible and the guy was the most helpful and nicer in the world.

First thing's first, staying on a boat is an extremely unique experience, and my wife and I feel extremely lucky to have had that experience thanks to Julie. We highly recommend you try it out for at least a night. That being said, just so people understand, staying on a boat is a lot like camping, that includes some of the negatives associated with it. So if you can't stomach camping, or need luxury in your stay, a small sailboat might not be up your alley. The only hang up my wife and I had was that in the bathroom there were bits of something strange in the sink, and in the kitchen there was an empty bottle of wine. Outside of that, it was still an amazing experience! If you're thinking about doing it, and can live without a few common hotel luxuries, it's well worth a night's stay

Julie and Captain Matthew were really nice hosts - we were unfortunate with a storm and therefore could not stay out on the boat, so Julie and Matt offered us their own home to stay in while they stayed somewhere else. Capt'n even offered us a boat ride in the morning, however the wind ended up being too strong for that too. Overall, we had a great experience, and plenty of local advice from the friendly hosts!

The stay was lovely! The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfectly located! It's on a very busy street - it isn't loud, but you will hear club music and drunk partiers stumbling home beneath your windows late into the night - but my partner and I really enjoyed that! Tom was very kind and friendly and gave good advice about the neighborhood. One thing to note: there were none of the cheap-but-difficult-to-travel-with kitchen staples that most AirBnBs come with (oil, butter, couple spices, etc). If you mean to cook, you'll have to bring every little thing you'll want. Otherwise, a perfect stay...would come back!

Tom is a fantastic host! The communication was great, with contact two days before arrival. The location on Duval is fantastic, and the accommodations are as presented! Clean, well taken care of, and excellent for a traveler that doesn't mind the street noise! (Which we LOVED!) The shared balcony is a great way to meet fellow travelers. Tom is a great host, even touching base with us on a fire safety inspection that had to happen while we were there! One note, if you need parking, let Tom know before hand! There are several options, including one that is very near for overnight at rate of $15/24 hour period! Loved Key West, loved our Balcony, the experience was fantastic!

Tom is a great host and offers an awesome place to stay right on Duval. Everything about the suite is ideal, although the balcony is technically not private as it is accessible from the hallway, but that did not stop us from enjoying it thoroughly. We'll definitely stay here again if it's available!

We stayed for night with Jack, and it was a pleasant experience. Jack was very accommodating (allowing us to drop of luggage before official check in time), friendly and communicative. The room was comfy, clean and came with sunscreen, pool towels, shampoor/conditioner, etc. He even has a deal worked out for rental bikes. It was an easy experience, and I would definitely do it again. Highly recommend.

Jack was very welcoming and accommodating. This was our first airbnb experience and it was greats. Our only thing was that it was farther from downtown/happening places than we thought, but that was probably our mistake. Would definitely recommend Jack as a host and place to stay! Plus he had a great kitty!

Jack is a wonderful host who regaled us with interesting stories. However, the room was hot, the beds hard, and the bedding 100% polyester. Combined with a lack of light-block curtains, the room was not conducive to rest. Moreover, the location is not good: there is no Uber, and the taxi we called never arrived. Jack's location -- while apparently near downtown -- doesn't let you get there easily.

Jack's place is the perfect place to stay! It is right across from the beach and a quick drive to the main area of resturants. The room was clean and just what we needed for a long weekend. Jack was great and recommended beaches and parking for us. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Really tastefully decorated and charming place. We loved the front porch, the back enclosed courtyard with the hot tub and table and chairs. We loved that, in spite of its being so centrally located and close to the action, we were able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. It was peaceful and the lovely plantings, hardscaping and fountains were great. The kitchen was perfect, the beds were really comfortable, the staff friendly - just a perfect place for me, my husband and daughter.

Without a doubt one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. Naomi even provides many extras like blue tooth speakers for your music. Great little pool and a hot tub.

The surprise was.... no surprise. Everything was as advertised and pictured, plus more. Location was beyond expected. Cottage was very clean, cozy, comfortable, roomy. Landscape was soooo Key West! Very nice condo in the heart of Key West. Just a short walk from the Southern Most Beach and steps away from boutique shops, restaurants, and bars. The check-in/check-out process was seamless and the hosts communicated effectively. Will definitely stay here again if available!

This place was Amazing! A lot bigger and nicer than the pictures show. The balcony is incredible. Just sitting outside melts all your problems away! And it has such a great energy that from the moment you enter you feel right at home!

Great accommodations and easy check-in and check-out. All necessary information was given ahead of time and very detailed. The main issue was the cost to go into the center of town...a 10 minute ride was $18. We didn't take the car because of parking. Everything else was very nice.

Lovely place! Beautiful condo, porch, pool and access to small rocky beach. Only issue was the inability to get on wifi. Everything else was fabulous!
