The centrally located apartment is located in the heart of Kemptens and is within walking distance of about 5 minutes away from the Forum Allgäu. Despite the proximity to the city you have nature right at your feet here. Whether while walking in the Haubenschlosspark (which is located directly in front of the door) or shopping in the beautiful old town, there is something for everyone. Our little "nest" offers everything you need for a city trip.

Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. A large bedroom and dining room from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom depart. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (via internet only) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with walk-in shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for about 10 euros per day.

LIchtfled apartment in Kempten

Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is situated in the northern city center. It is 5 minutes to the Basilica of St. Lorenz. There's the beautiful weekly there twice a week, Wed. and Sat, the beautiful weekly market. Here is also the residence of former monastery and today's dish with its beautiful gardens. Brigitte's lovely little town apartment

From our pretty home, you have to walk about 10 to 15 minutes to the center of Kempten. Our beautiful Reichs and Stiftstadt invites with many cafes, restaurants and shopping. Every Wednesday and Saturday a beautiful weekly market takes place at Hildegardsplatz, near the Lorenzkirche. Despite the proximity to the city, you are right in the green with us and can start with jogging, hiking and cycling directly.
