The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Located on the outskirts of a small village near Ancona, not far from the sea, it is an oasis of relaxation and tranquillity, an excellent base for exploring the best that the Marche region has to offer: Urbino, Recanati, Loreto, the Frasassi Caves, as well as the many attractions of the Adriatic Riviera, from Senigallia to Portonovo, Numana and Sirolo.

La Serva Padrona vacation home

La Serva Padrona offers an entire apartment with an independent entrance in the heart of the historic center. Located in a small building, it overlooks one of the most characteristic squares of the pretty city, a few meters from all the other points of interest. Free or paid parking is available nearby. The train station and bus station are within a few minutes' walk. La Serva Padrona is happy to accommodate small pets.

Margherita's house

My accommodation is a spacious apartment renovated in 2018, located on the second floor (no elevator) of an 18th-century building in the historic center. Thanks to the large windows, each room is very bright with stunning views of the walls of Jesi. It has two large double bedrooms, a large bathroom, a laundry room, an entrance that divides the rooms, a beautiful living room and a kitchen.
