Heustreu is located at the foot of the Rhön, ideal for beautiful hiking and cycling tours. In winter, there are also opportunities for skiing/sledding and cross-country skiing. The nearest town of Bad Neustadt is about 6 km away. Enjoy the tranquility of country life without having to sacrifice modern comforts.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Enjoy a break in unforgettable historical ambiance, surrounded by 10 acres of park with its own pond and tennis court. The house is very high quality and luxuriously equipped. A private garden section invites you to relax. A private terrace with sun in the evening hours and its own barbecue. Dogs allowed: €35 fee per dog/per stay. Feel free to request anything else!

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. The old half-timbered house is located in the middle of a small village in the Bavarian Rhön Biosphere Reserve. It will be occupied by you alone during your stay. It can accommodate 4 adults if 2 bedrooms are sufficient. However, there is still a single mattress in the living room. 1-2 dogs are allowed. Bicycles or motorcycles can be stored in the barn.
