With the cone card, which is included, the public transport in the Black Forest can be used free of charge by bus and train. For example, you can take a trip to Freiburg on the Höllentalbahn. Ideal place to give yourself peace and relaxation. Cooking spaghetti, listening to good music, with a bottle of wine and a crackling fireplace. Breakfast under the apple tree. The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200 year old farmhouse with a view of our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. The Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5km). On the outskirts of the village in a quiet and very sunny location. Infrastructure very good with several shops (Edeka, bakery, butcher, fresh trout on site, restaurants ...), large playground, mini golf, tennis . Hiking, cycling, culture (Basel, Freiburg, B Säckingen), …In winter, with enough snow, the ski center is open, two ski lifts for alpine skiing, sledding, ice sports hall open, swimming pool, sauna….. Our south-facing Black Forest House offers up to five guests a comfortable stay. The tri-border corner allows for a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities. My place is good for nature loving couples, hikers, cyclists, skiers, non-smokers, vegetarians, "healthy" and recovered, but not for smokers, animals, even the roasting of meat is not desired.
