Ruhig und trotzdem City-nah, in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße gelegen, verfügt sie über beste Busverbindungen in Richtung Innenstadt . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckerei für das Frühstück und nette Restaurants sind nicht weit. Die Messestandorte Bad Salzuflen und Bielefeld sind dank der zentralen Lage (Nähe zur B 239) schnell zu erreichen.
