Das Studio liegt in der Arnsberger Altstadt. Es befindet sich im 2. OG und ist 25 m² groß. Das Bad ist im 1. OG. (Gemeinschaftsbad für zwei Ferienwohnungen) Parkplatz vor dem Haus (eng). Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten sind am "Alten Markt" (Mo - Fr 9 - 20 Uhr, Sa 9 - 16 Uhr gebührenpflichtig) und in der Tiefgarage am Neumarkt (gebührenpflichtig). Arnsbergs Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich von unserem Studio bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Henne-, Möhne- und Sorpesee sind ca 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Die 75 qm-Wohnung in der 2. Etage im Haus des Besitzers liegt nahe beim Bahnhof Neheim-Hüsten. Parkplätze sind in den Seitenstraßen vorhanden. Das Klinikum in Hüsten ist 2 km und die notärztlichen Fortbildungsstätte in Neheim 3 km entfernt. Es gibt regelmäßige Busverbindungen. 2 Lebensmittelmärkte und 2 Bäckereien sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Interessante Ausflugsziele in der Nähe sind u.a. die Altstadt 3 Stauseen. Arnsberg hat 2 Freibäder und das NASS mit Solebecken und Sauna.

You will love the flat because of - the beautiful view across the Ruhr valley, the enjoyably hours on the balcony (south side, fantastic sunsets if the weather is nice) the Gemütlichkeit and the peacefull silence. The flat is qualified for couples, families, groups, assemblers. Pets possible by arrangement. Important: quiet between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m Parties are generally not possible
