This zinc house, completely redone for your comfort and fully equipped, has a garden where you can fully enjoy the tranquility of the place. Located in the heart of the magnificent Brière Regional Natural Park, you are only a few kilometers from the main attractions of the region.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

To allow you to enjoy our beautiful region, we offer our cottage, with indoor pool (from April to October) in an enclosed and flowery garden. The house consists of a master suite (bedroom and shower room) with a double bed on the ground floor, and a second bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. A terrace will allow you to spend pleasant moments.
