Enjoy a resort style stay in this newly built studio just 5 minutes walk to Ponsonby Rd restaurants. Separate from the main house with the use of a deep salt water pool (unheated). Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.
