Dit voormalig bijgebouw is uitgebouwd tot gezellig en sfeervol gastenverblijf met ca 50 m2 woon-oppervlak ( begane grond ) Stegeren is een buurtschap gelegen aan de vecht en een deel van het Pieterpad leidt ook door onze buurtschap en is populair bij fietsers en wandelaars vanwege de bosgebieden, heidegronden en de nabijgelegen Vecht.

Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seat, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

The cottage is located on a private bungalow park, where many homes are occupied for private use. There are also cottages like this that are rented out. It is a quiet area, with an access road to the adjacent forest. You can cycle nicely in the area. But also possibly shop in the nearby villages such as Dedemsvaart and Hardenberg.
