Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. There is a mini kitchen, as well as an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking is right at your doorstep. The holiday apartment is 15 square meters. Allgäu is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany all year round. Snowshoes are available on request for a fee for rent.

A large bedroom and dining room from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom depart. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (via internet only) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with walk-in shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for about 10 euros per day.

Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is situated in the northern city center. It is 5 minutes to the Basilica of St. Lorenz. There's the beautiful weekly there twice a week, Wed. and Sat, the beautiful weekly market. Here is also the residence of former monastery and today's dish with its beautiful gardens. From here, the Kempten center also begins with its pedestrian zone and shopping metro of the Allgäu.
