Apartment on the Julianenhof

The Julianenhof is located in the middle of the fields of the East Frisian marsh landscape, away from car traffic in an absolutely quiet location. Our farm is a children's paradise and is particularly suitable for families with children up to approx. 12 years. On the farm there is a playground and sunbathing lawn as well as a barbecue and campfire area. Cats, dogs, rabbits and free-range dwarf chickens live on the Julianenhof – and there is a large garden and an orchard with old apple varieties.

The Ostfriesenhaus Teetje is located directly on the East Frisian North Sea coast and has a good starting point to explore East Frisia and the offshore islands. The large garden and the proximity to the natural beach invite you to relax. The renovated house has a total of eight beds and offers enough space for a great holiday with family or friends with the large eat-in kitchen with a wide view of nature. Located in Hagermarsch Junkersrott, the holiday home Huus Karoline is ideal for everyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place away from everyday stress. Situated in a quiet street with little traffic, the 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

"FeWo Krabbenbude" - modern & within walking distance of the beach

We lovingly renovated our "Krabbenbude" in the summer and fulfilled a cozy living dream for ourselves. A modern open kitchen invites you to cook with lots of accessories. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds - for upscale sleeping comfort. The large and cozy living-dining area with electric fireplace offers plenty of space for the whole family. Fiberglass is also available free of charge. You are welcome to bring a dog by arrangement.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Baumhaus

In the tree houses on the Schloss Lütetsburg golf course, your stay in East Frisia will be a very special experience. In the tree house you sleep comfortably at a height of up to 6 meters and can enjoy the wide and unique view over the spacious golf course and forest and meadow landscape of Lütetsburg. The visitor's tax of €2.00 per adult per night (April-October) must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The apartment is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, has a size of about 80 square meters and is located on the second floor of a detached house with separate entrance. Two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a spacious daylight bathroom room with shower and double sink as well as a cozy combined living/dining room and kitchen can accommodate 4 people and, if accompanied by a dog if necessary.

The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us.
