My place is close to restaurants and food, public transport. You'll love my place because of the location, surroundings, and neighborhood. Eilpe is a village and a former municipality in the district of Hagen, in Ruhr, Germany. There is a very good connection to the A45. Shopping malls as well as bus connections are in walking distance. The Hagener City is about 5 minutes away from Eilpe. Other major cities, such as Dortmund, can be reached by car via the A45 in about 15 minutes.

Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the Alte Kornbrennerei and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the primary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Way of St. James leads directly past our house.

Our accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and is located in the quiet district of Gevelndorf. Enjoy the idyll on our property as well as in the newly renovated apartment on the first floor. It offers you next to two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, one and a half bathrooms as well as a spacious terrace with furniture. On request, it is also possible to use the cellar bar. The same applies to the garden incl. barbecue pavilion.
