Located close to the Zoo, Beltline, & popular neighborhoods/venues, it features gift basket, cocoa & smores — and family holiday portrait session is available. Cottage has vaulted ceilings, skylight, full kitchen, fireplace, 60" TV, comfy queen foldout couch, bedroom w/ king bed, Dreamcloud matress & 55” TV. Bath with large shower, washer/dryer.

Inviting front porch is shared between main house and suite. Lots of conveniences available, fast Wifi (20 MBPS). Comfortable King Bed with a dresser, closets, W/D and a wall mounted desk. Light filled bathroom has a large shower. The sitting room has a fold out sofa best suited for 1 adult or 2 children.

Unwind in our Luxe spacious private entry guest suite. Modern newly renovated with hardwood floors throughout, sparkly clean with lavender and peppermint aromatherapy. Linen down feather cushions on plush couch along with knit blankets. Spacious living area and full glass bathroom with stone floor finishes. Cleanliness is our #1 priority. We sanitize our suite thoroughly (door knobs etc) with air purifiers, Lysol and bleach after every stay.

Beautiful second floor of 2 apartment carriage house located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods on the east side. Several new restaurants on our corner (Poor Hendrix Pub is a favorite) & one mile walk to the amazing restaurants in either Kirkwood or Oakhurst villages. Full kitchen, king sized bed, comfortable leather love seat & lovely second floor terrace that accommodates up to 2 guests. Must be at least 21 to book.
