What a great experience! Super nice house and nice area. The house has a great location. The house itself is really handsome! A house with charm and soul. We have had a very nice week here. The weather was so we can enjoy the terrace, which has views of the mountains. Nothing to criticize in the house! The reception was very cordial. The farmhouse is a cozy accommodation and ideally placed for all activities that the mountain can offer. We had a very good weekend with our host.

The location of the garden house was perfect! The city centre is a 5 minute walk or a 5 minute boat ride. There was nobody home when we arrived but we found the doors unlocked so we could go inside. Emmanuel was away on holiday but Albert explained everything. We spent some very nice moments on the riverside, waving to the tourist boats and the swans with their 8 children, drinking our wine and playing with the little kitten. The battery of the boat did not last very long but we were towed back by one of the tourist boats. The garden house is very nicely decorated. The only thing we missed was a little pantry. Colmar is a beautiful town with nice restaurants and in the centre a wine tasting bar. Very nice!

Just great! The owners are very welcoming (even the cat) full of good advice for visiting Colmar and the surrounding area for the restaurant! For the tour of old jaguar, for availability, their humor and their kindness and little grain of madness artists! On the eve of the holiday season, Emmanuel very busy, still takes the time to receive you warmly, white wine in support, manala the small dej, in the bungalow, comfortable and conveniently located in a neighborhood quiet; a few steps from the center, which is reached by a tanner district along a beautiful river. A boat is also available to reach the city center, in short, that happiness. We came to celebrate the 80th anniversary of my mom and to discover the fabulous Christmas markets, it was a success, time itself participating in this little escapade. A big thank you Manu.

I spent 2 unforgettable days! This location is very good, it is next to small river, you can use this boat anytime! The house is built of wood, both very nice and big room! A wonderful, idyllic retreat in the heart of Colmar. Emmanuel is a perfect host starting with the briefing of using the electric boat upon arrival until his farewell greeting in the form of a still warm “Gugelhupf” - an Alsatian specialty. Both our children (3 and 12 years) loved the place. Nina fancied riding the electric railroad in the yard and Matvey enjoyed his own private room with unlimited and very speedy internet access. The great restaurant recommendation is also worth mentioning including the last minute reservation at one of the best restaurants in Colmar. Thank you very much for this perfect week in October 2015!

We have a threesome spent a long weekend in Colmar in Emmmanuel and enjoyed every minute. The bungalow is small but very cozy. Outstanding is the friendliness and openness of Emmanuel, one feels very comfortable. It was a little adventure, to sail with the boat in the old town, but can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. We would love to stay there again!

Absolutely wonderful bungalow in the perfect location for exploring Colmar -- just a short distance from town, yet the neighborhood of the bungalow is serene and quiet. Emmanuel made it very easy for us to access the property and was flexible on our arrival time, which was very appreciated. We were greeted with a bottle of wine in the fridge, and a very warm personal welcome when we met Emmanuel. He really treated us as if we were long-time family friends. The bungalow itself is cozy and cheerful, with everything we needed for our (too short) stay. The two outside seating areas adjacent to the bungalow, one of which is covered and stayed dry during the rain, made up for the lack of a common "living" space in the bungalow. The beds were comfortable, and the bungalow has a lot of light.

We had a wonderful time staying at Manu's bungalow! He was even able to accommodate our request for an extra guest when our travel plans changed at the last minute. We loved using the electric boat to explore the canal behind Manu's home and his close proximity to the city center made walking to everything very pleasant. Manu also gave us restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, which were very helpful. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Colmar, We highly recommend Manu's bungalow!

We have felt ourselves very well in Guillaume's Studio. Its nice neighbor has received us because he was not present. The studio is beautifully decorated and a stone's throw from the station and the center located. The communication before our stay worked great. We had a wonderful stay and if we go wiedermal to Strasbourg, we now know where we will stay. I can only recommend it!

My experience with Guillaume was the best airbnb experience so far. He met my friend and I at the door and was very welcoming. He shared all the best places to eat and had very good advice. Chantal's apartment in Strasbourg is very lovely, perfect for a weekend stay for 1-2 people. Conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the train station, and just around the corner from the very beautiful Petite-France area. The apartment itself was very clean, nicely decorated, and we really enjoyed the terrace by the water. A really wonderful place to stay when you visit this town!

This is a fantastic location - right along the canal in the Petite France area of Strasbourg. Chantal was extremely accommodating and met us when we arrived. She left coffee for us in the morning. What a great spot! Note - there is no parking at the location. You need to park a half kilometer (or so) away and walk in. It is possible to drive close to the apartment to unload, but navigating in this area is very difficult (lots of one-way streets and limited access).

We had a great stay in Strasbourg in Chantal's apartment! It was a great location in petite France and very walkable from the train station and everywhere in the city. The space was a tad small for 3 people but would be perfect for 2! Chantal was also waiting for us when we left and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants and must see attractions. Overall we had a great stay and appreciated Chantal's accommodating us!

We totally loved our one night stay at Gwendal's awesome pad and were sad we didn't have time to stay longer. If you love retro decor and artful design, this is the place for you! I went to an event at the convention center of Prouvé, is within 10 minutes walk, as the station is right next door. The location is ideal to do everything on foot. The area is quiet, the terrace also. Note, however: the ceiling is not very well insulated, you hear your neighbors walking above the rooms and they received the world a little later tonight, but that's a detail. I warmly recommend this unique and well positioned apartment.

Incredible place. Normally pictures look better than real appartment, this time it was the other way around. Gwendal is obsessed with creating an extraordinary atmosphere, and has really surprised us. It was a joy staying with you. Rooms are big, stylish, area is good, with smallmarket close by.In my opinion the price of the appartment is very low.

What a fabulous way to round off our road trip staying in this wonderful place. We were given a lovely warm welcome by all including gypsy the dog. The children loved the pool and we played lots of games which were supplied as the sun went doe in the courtyard. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

If you are picturing country side France with all that it offers this is the location and host you want. Beautiful remodeled space that is clean, and has a romantic vibe. We loved the hospitality, sitting in the private courtyard in the evening sun drinking wine and eating cheese. If Christine gives you a wine route map with town recommendations... TAKE IT! We had an amazing time!!! Did I mention we were traveling with a 5 month old? We had a romantic getaway with him in tow. Christine provided a baby bed fully equipped for our little guy wich he loved. Christine and her husband gave us a great homepage even though we only stayed one night. Christine gives good advice on local tourism and was very flexible about arrival and departure times. We thank him again. Breakfast at 8 € is rich, full, very good and prepared with care! I suggest you take it. Short, flat on top, exceptional welcome, quiet location in a small village 25 minutes from Colmar and other beautiful villages. I recommend without reservation that host.

Christine and her husband are the kindest hosts and their house is great! We stayed only 1 night in the large room and like to come back some other time to vist more of the Elzas area which is very beatiful. Our 6 year old daughter felt like a princess because of Christine"s hosting. Also the breakfast was good and large:-) We highly recommend this B&B!

The accommodation is very comfortable, spacy and exceptionally clean, and has a lovely antique feel about it. The guest bathroom is separate and close to the bedroom, so even though the shower is on the upper floor and shared with the hosts, it didn't cause any inconvenience. But the best thing about our stay was without a doubt the hospitality of the hosts! They are wonderful people. They made us feel totally at home, and gave useful recommendations for the road (even printed out a map and other handouts when we asked them about the places we should visit on the Alsace wine route).

This was the thing you hope that happens when you spontaneously book something for the weekend. You are ready for anything, and the Château was the surprise you hope for: a very nice location, welcoming owner, a big livingroom, big bedroom, and big bathroom. All in style with the Château and the surroundings. Your room opens up to the garden for your own, looking out over the vineyards that start right next to it. And then there you have the seats on the riverside. If you want, you can have the large breakfast (adapted to your personal taste) while the Mosel water flows through your toes. The only reason we would possibly not advice this place to our friends would be because it is the kind of spot one would like to keep to oneself. But we didn't, we hope everyone will have the pleasure to experience a beautiful day or two (or ten) over there.

Breakfast in the vineyard is not one you might expect so far north of Bordeaux. And the wonderfull colours of the autum leaves only make it better. In this gentle warmth of mid-october, the micro climate helping, you wonder why you would ever go back to Provence ! Germans say "Happy as God in France". Damn right. Château de Rudlingen fits the say, and the fact is, they only have a bridge to cross and a few hundred yards to drive to get there.

We were two eurofiles from UK on a happy nostalgia trip . The true extent of this unique situation and stunning experience cannot be known just from the (URL HIDDEN) actually be there is the only way. Italo and Laurent were genuine in their efforts to help us to enjoy their chateau apartment and to be comfortable and relaxed in their perfect country environment. Their vision as custodians is impressive and they calmly make things happen. How could we forget the time and trouble they took to make suggestions to enhance our stay whilst also completely busy with their own lives and schedule. The contrasts: Italo scrambling up the side garden with a gift of blackberries and next day perfectly attired in his sharp suit as he delivered our breakfast tray before leaving for work. The suggestion by Laurent of laying our dinner table under the covered outhouse in case of threatening rain. They were busy with garden tasks but never rushed a conversation. We didn't appreciate the true size and scale of the estate until we took the invitation to stroll through the orchards and gardens down to the river and enjoy the magnificent views back to the house. Climbing up to the top of the vineyard was well worth the effort. I'll remember that view always. Thank you Italo and Laurent for your patience ! good manners, charm and kindnesses. We have three of a long weekend in Italo and Lorenzo's spent Castle and loved it! The atmosphere is very particular, set up the rooms ready incredibly tasty and the environment is a dream. Italo and Lorenzo are excellent hosts, very charming, helpful and unobtrusive. The abundant breakfast is great and so was the restaurant recommendations. We would come back anytime. Highly recommended if you want something special in a relaxed atmosphere want!

An elegant 2-bedroom, large bathroom accommodation in a chateau in Rudlingen, about 500m from the Luxembourg border along the Mosel river fronting a vineyard. Quiet and welcoming (except for the big dog the barks but harmless), a home away from home! The welcome package includes a bottle of wine and the breakfast includes a variety of bread and cheese with coffee and tea and homemade jam!

A cozy and comfortable apartment for the weekend with family in Colmar. The Alex and Jane was so clean, tidy and decorated with charm, not to mention its excellent location. Close to shops and all the attractions in Colmar, we were just minutes walk from the old town and Little Venice. Alex welcomed us warmly and shared with us her best addresses and recommendations (Colmar as on surroundings). We loved our stay at Mannala'rt and would definitely return if we go back to Colmar.

We had a great stay in Colmar. The location is great as it is in a small quiet lane away from the crowds but still very close to shopping lots. Jane and Alex are friendly and helpful. The shower cubicle is extremely narrow and small but other than that everything is good :) Sofa bed is comfy too but the place is good for 3, 4 would be a squeeze.

What a wonderful apartment located in the magical old town. Jane and Alex were such amazing hosts, with excellent communication before we arrived, Jane welcomed us to the apartment and explained everything to us, even sharing a book of local places to visit she had put together. The apartment has been decorated beautifully by Jane and contained a well equiped kitchen and large living room. Even though the apartment was located in the heart of the magical old town, it was very peaceful and private allowing you to escape the bustle of tourists when you retreat for the day. We spent a week (incl New Year's Eve) in Benjamin's place and loved it. It's spacious, it's authentic, it's well located and can perfectly host a group of 10 adults and 6 (small) children. Benjamin is a great host and the local team on the ground was there to help when needed. We'll be back!!

The farm of Benjamin's beautiful. We were surprised, for real it's even better than the pictures. We spent 5 days with family for Christmas and there was all for fun and relaxation. Pinball, ping pong, video games, pool, jacuzzi, games ... A very large living room allowed us to spend a lot of time together, next to the fireplace and we also have easily found the place for dinner sitting 12 people. Lots of space and nature around for walking and someone also explored the beautiful surroundings by bicycle roads. In short we definitely want to go back :)

This is a WOW apartment! We were really hoping that the apartment was going to be as nice as the pictures and we were not disappointed at all. This is a great place in a great location. Georges is a great host and couldn't have been nicer, we were late arriving and had no way of letting him know, but he was very pleasant and understanding. Go to Nigel bakery and get anything, the best of everything just around the corner.

Great place, super well located. The heating works great, it was very cold in Colmar during our stay and with a baby it's important to have a cozy place, this was it! Pamela had a nice touch and even left a baby robe in the bathroom for us.

We were on the way back from our Südfrankreichurlaub there, after lots of storage, we arrived in the dark, drove from the highway through small villages and fields. We expected a paradise, a gorgeous room in a unique design, uncomplicated friendly hosts. The next day in the light, we were able to enjoy a delicious French breakfast and the beauty of the property, an old horse farm, with a beautiful garden with great views. Everywhere are objects of art and cozy seating areas. There could well spend several days and discover the Burgundy Dijon, etc., or simply relax with a few good books. Highly recommended.

It feels good at Martine directly, everything is warm, cozy, full of beautiful and unusual objects that each have their story. A very pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings. Housing complies with pictures, very nice garden and very hospitable owners.

Cosy cottage in a, located on a ridge, hamlet. Baker in running wide. Everything else can only be reached by car. to explore a good starting point to the great outdoors, but also Strasbourg, Nancy and Metz.

Great stay in Hommert! The cottage is cozy and very nice! Everything is available to have a good time with your family! Another plus: the fireplace and magnificent views of the mountains! I highly recommend this cottage for a weekend! very warm welcome!

We had a great weekend at the cottage Stephane; the cottage is very nice, ideal for a pampering and quiet stay. Very well equipped, refined and Deco special mention for the beautiful homemade bowls and plates! Our son loved descent liege! Recommended for a relaxing time. We have not met Stephane but the discussions were very prompt, efficient upstream. A remake

The host Stéphane answered quickly an helpful to all my questions before the trip. The house is cozy and is surrounded by trees. We enjoyed our breakfast with good bread from the nearby bakery on the terrace. In addition to the accomodation we also liked the area which is great for hiking.

Le Gite Rectangle was an amazing place to stay. The house itself feels like a cabin in the woods with the comfort of a home. I would recommend this house for families wanting to get away from it all. Fabulous walks on the doorstep and too many activities to do in one week.

Our stay at la gîte rectangle was very cosy and quiet. We enjoyed the nature surrounding us a lot. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything to cook a good dinner. Unfortunately we weren't so lucky with the weather. It rained throughout our stay. It didn't keep us away from playing table tennis in the back yard (under a roof ;-) Stéphane responded to our mails incredible fast and very welcoming. Since we only stayed for two nights and didn't do much in the "wild" we can't really say anything about the Vosges. Overall a great experience if you want some quiet time for two.

The four of us have spent wonderful days in Stephen's house. Also, child and dog had a lot of fun. A special highlight is the great and large garden, in which we have heralded the barbecue season and played table tennis. Everything was very straightforward, we will come back.

We had a lovely stay with Veronique. The bedroom and bathroom are well appointed and private. The breakfast was very fresh and home-made. The location is close to downtown and there's a nice restaurant in the neighborhood. We were able to get free parking on the street behind the building. The flat is a 4 floor walk-up.

We stayed at Veronique's place for three days and we were thrilled. The room exceeded all our expectations and Veronique was a perfect host. She gave us tips what to do in Colmar and recommended good restaurants for example. Her self made breakfast was a highlight. Thanks so much for this! We would definitely come back.

I had a brilliant stay with Veronique in stunning Colmar. Veronique's apartment is absolutely gorgeous and she has designed it so that you have maximum privacy and ultimate comfort. Veronique was very kind, helpful and interesting to chat to. She is an amazing chef and baker - I would strongly recommend that you have dinner with her as she cooked up a delicious three course meal that was the best meal I ate during my trip. I would 100% recommend both staying with Veronique and visiting Colmar. Thanks Veronique!

Veronique is a very charming hostess who has a beautiful apartment in Colmar. Our private room and bath were most comfortable and we slept well. In the morning we were treated to a carefully prepared and varied breakfast of fresh and local foods. Veronique was helpful with local information and informed us that she is even willing to do driving tours for people who arrive by train. If you want to see beautiful Colmar, we would recommend Veronique's home.

Agnes place is a wonderful oasis in the center of Reims. As we arrived, she gave us a warm welcome with chocolate treats and showed us the room that is equipped with everything the heart could desire. Unfortunately we stayed only one night - and left after a delicious french breakfast that Agnes prepared for us. Definitely recommended.

Wow! 5/5 in every respect. Agnes and her husband are wonderful hosts; her house is gorgeous and we had a very comfortable stay. We managed to park right outside the door and enjoyed a short walk into Centre Ville for the evening. Agnes provided some great recommendations for our evening and for our onward journey the next day (after a delicious breakfast). Don't consider staying elsewhere!

We were very well received by Catherine was very patient to guide us by phone in Colmar to the foot of his apartment. His advice proved wise as well to visit Freiburg for the choice of the restaurant. The apartment has proved as warm as the pictures!

Our weekend at the Coup de coeur was just great. Catherine picked our bags at the train station so we could enjoy the city from the very first minute. Your apartment is very nice, well furnished and perfectly located. Catherine made us feel very welcome in Colmar, in an intimate and friendly setting. The apartment was identical to the pictures and very clean. We were lucky to be dropped on a sunny and warm Weekend which allowed us to enjoy the terraces of restaurants and a beautiful ballad about the little Venice. We will return with pleasure to further explore the area.

We are just back from this trip to Alsace and the experience at Catherine flat was fantastic! We are a couple with 2 kids, 6 and 7 years old, and the only shame was the fact that we only stayed 3 days...the flat is just perfect, very well furnished, with all the things needed. Very romantic but practical, it is a lillte treasure in the most charming part of Colmar.

Le coup du coeur is wonderful. The apartment is lovely and clean, at the top of a typical building in the hearth of Old City, offering all you might need for a short or longer stay in the center of Colmar. Catherine is an excellent host, she provided valid information about places to visit, restaurants and practical information we needed. If we plan to visit Colmar again in the future, Catheine house will be our choice.

Very nice apartment, ideally located in the center of Colmar. Perfect for 4 people, the apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped. It feels like home. The owners are lovely and very accommodating for input and output schedules, and gave us good advice.
