Through large panoramic windows, you can already be tickled by the sun while waking up and looking at the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoying the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, you only get that with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden building. In the heart of the mountains - arrive and feel at home. Our non-smoking house is in a sunny, easily accessible location, 800m from the town centre. The bus stop for the sportiest ski area in Vorarlberg is 150m away and takes you to the Valisera or Grasjochtal station in 4 minutes. The Garfrescha lift can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. There is a separate smoking balcony for smokers. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

The Gartenhüsli is an independent little house behind the main house with a view over the meadow. It was designed individually and built sustainably. The Tiny House is about 25m² and consists of a room - which forms a complete unit with a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy sitting area and a comfortable double bed. A private bathroom with shower/WC, as well as TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher or fridge are of course also available.
