Maria's place was as advertised. We were pleased with our brief 1-night stay and Maria was a great communicator throughout.

We loved our quick stay at Maria’s home. Maria is truly a 5 star host: she is so kind and welcoming, her home is super clean, and she is so quick to communicate with. We loved her all her fur babies and I’m so happy my pup was able to play with them. It was too cold outside for us to use the pool, but if you’re here during warmer months it will be a dream! The bed is sooo comfy and nice and quiet. We never had any issues with sharing the bathroom either, which is kept very clean. I highly recommend Maria’s home for a short or long term traveler. We hope to return one day!

Marias place was perfect for us as it was centrally located to our venue. Good amenities, friendly atmosphere, lots of love from the animals. We have a dog at home so it was nice to have Marias dogs around while we were there.

Such a great host! Liz set us up with super-fun hiking and tourist activities and made our trip amazing. Sparkling clean. Beautiful full-tile shower. Home-made muffins, all the Keurig coffee you can drink. Liz added too many special touches to list. The Ritz Carlton concierge could learn something from her.

This stay was one of our most favorite ones. Kristi was amazing and even though she had a death in her family to handle- she let us check in early because my husband had injured his back. Her fur babies are sweet and she runs a tight ship. We loved interacting with the people and pups. I even took one for a30 min walk that was so needed. For me! The bed is super comfy and she keeps everything really clean. Love this place!

This is a great space to stay while visiting Arizona. The bed was super comfy, the room was very clean and the check in process was very smooth. They were accommodating as I wasn’t going to be returning till 3am one night. I will note, there isn’t a desk or anywhere really to put your things in the room during my space. The only ‘table’ they had a large decorative pot on it, but was very small. Regardless, I would certainly stay here again if visiting the area

Marian is a very nice person and is always willing to answer any question you may have. She’s very accommodating and her place is so comfortable.

Five stars! Marian is an excellent host! Her place is beautiful , clean , golf course setting, have own private little haven ! Easy access to highway , and huge bonus , washer and dryer and garage parking . Her kitchen is perfect - lots of space for you in case you need it yet complete set up in your space with Keurig coffee, maker and coffee , teas, oatmeal, etc and mini fridge and microwave in closet . Large full private bath ! Quiet . And as mentioned, Marian is a wonderful host and very open and ready to answer any questions about Phoenix. Thank you Marian :)

A perfect space for a vacation. We needed two bedrooms and two bathrooms and this home was more than enough space for us. We were in PHX in February so didn't use the pool, but it's just as nice to look at. The hot tub was gorgeous and so relaxing at sunset. Close to the 101 and I-17. We would totally stay here again next year!

If you're interviewing at Midwestern, this is the best place at a great price!!! Chia is super sweet and gave great insight on the dental program. She is also very responsive to messages. The condo was very clean and as described. Private bath had all the basics. Fridge was stocked with water bottles. It's walking distance to some shops & restaurants (I recommend Haru Sushi). Only drawback is a car is needed to exit the complex; in other words, if you plan to be car-less like me then you will need to rely on another car to enter/exit through the gate in order for you to exit by foot. Tips for interviewees: if you need to use Lyft/Uber to get to your interview, the closest one may be 20-30 min away from you so definitely plan accordingly so you're not late!

This is a great place to stay. It's in a good area, next to all the restaurants and shopping you could imagine on Bell Road. It's also a short distance off the highway and it took me less than 15 minutes to get to the stadium. I would recommend Patricia's place to anyone looking to stay in this area., she is an excellent and friendly host who made us feel at home during our stay.

A great place to stay! Super location, easy to get to everywhere in and around Phoenix. Quiet area with lots of families. Property was fantastic, very spacious and well equipped. Great house!

We had such an amazing time in Arizona visiting my sister and her family for my nieces wedding. Robert was so gracious and letting us check in a little early since our flight times had changed. Roberts house was beautiful! It was spacious, very well decorated, and provided enough space for our family. The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool and patio were perfect to relax and hang out. We will definitely visit again!

What a great down to earth couple Georgia and John were. Enjoyed hearing about their family history . Georgia's dad was a WWII Navy Vet. This was of interest to me being a navy vet also. (not WWII, but Vietnam ). We had some great evening dinners together with some good conversation. Would recommend staying here.

Georgia’s place is EXCEPTIONAL, clean, elegant, good quality for the sheets and bedding. It’s like you have an apartment for your own use... the pool is divine. Their hospitality is great... I never encountered a more beautiful place like this one. Words can not describe how AMAZING this sort of apartment IS. You will not regret to stay here.

Georgia is incredible. I took a trip with my 11 month old and she made sure everything was great. The dogs were amazing with the baby. We swam every day, it was all better than it looked (and it looked and sounded amazing). I would love To be a repeat customer!

This is a perfect Airbnb. My boyfriend and I stayed with Georgia while we were getting all of his school stuff set up. She made us breakfast every morning and even helped us do a small load of laundry. She has four AMAZING dogs, but don't be scared of them, they just want to kiss you. She had great tips about local restaurants. Most of all, she wanted to make sure we were taken care of, making sure we had plenty of water so we wouldn't get dehydrated in Arizona and more. She really was the perfect host. 10/10. I will be back on my visits to ASU (which is mere minutes from).

This family is the most kind and heart warming people we have met! We loved our stay there and we were sad to leave. John and Georgia are very welcoming and we felt like home right away! We fell in love with their four dogs and we enjoyed hanging out with the whole family (and dogs) in the evenings. The room was nice and clean. We will difinetly recommend this place and hopefully come back in the future!

Excellent owners of this comfortable and clean accommodation. We felt great, although we arrived at a time when the hosts had a party. At first, we felt uneasy, and then we were talked, fed and everything went great. It should be noted very comfortable bed, it slept fabulously. Very clean bathroom. There is also a separate TV room with comfortable seating. In general, the owners have thought over all the details so that the guests feel comfortable. Georgia, special thanks for the delicious morning coffee.

Great family place. Home was clean. Upon entering, there was soft music playing from the televisions and a fresh scent throughout the house. The pool is a great plus, especially because its heated! Made all the difference. Everything you need is there along with a binder with all sorts of useful info about the area.

The place has a really nice set up. The door has an key code lock. The room is off to the side and has its own beautiful bathroom and walk in closet. His dog is the sweetest little guy. Very fun experience where you least expect it!

Very cool spot to stay with a great, relaxing backyard. Lots of amenities and supplies provided and many grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment near by. We came in for a school interview and her place is only 10 minutes from Midwestern and very close to many beautiful hiking locations as well!

This cosy room was everything we needed. The hosts made us feel so welcome and valued. The communication was quick and easy and the room was clean, in good repair and a complete delight. The family went out of their way to assist us and really made us feel special. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The stay was wonderful.it was handy to all the things that we wanted to visit.

We had a lovely restful night. They're not kidding about the suite being spacious, it huge! I only wish I had arrived earlier in the evening to enjoy a bath in that soaker tub. The neighborhood was very quiet as is the house, just the occasional bird chirp through the night. Both beds are super comfortable, you'll definitely wake up refreshed.

Sara’s place was outstanding, clean, homey, and we couldn’t have asked for more for a private room. We were greeted by Frodo, their dog, almost every time we arrived or left the room. He never barked and just let us therapeutically pet him. What a darling dog. The master suite was very clean, and quiet from within and outside the house. It sits along a canal with hike and bike trails right behind the house. With no neighbors behind the house, it only enhanced how quiet and peaceful it was. When we arrived we met Sierra and Alyssa, who were both charming and pleasant. Alyssa was our contact and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will stay here again in a heartbeat!

The best room on Airbnb! The bedroom as a master suite with all the amenities I was expecting and more. I enjoyed the crisp desert morning air on the balcony as the ducks swam and the birds fed. The room was very comfortable, warm and inviting.

A wonderful place to stay, very clean, and comfortable. We had privacy, but could visit at times too, and come and go as we like. They are the kindest people, they had great ideas and recommendations for places to visit locally. They grew some of the best grapefruits and lemons I have ever seen. Loved sitting poolside every morning , and the hot tub under the stars was lovely.

We really enjoyed staying at this rental house. It was very clean and the back yard backs onto a small artificial lake with a fountain. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 5. My wife loved having his/her closets in the master bath we would definitely recommend this property to others.

Immaculate, newly-renovated home/oasis. The backyard and pool were pristine and we truly felt we were in a private oasis, and yet literally 30 seconds from grocery stores, restaurants and more. Loved the hospitality touches like pool towels rolled up with sunscreen as you head out the sliding door; the welcome amenities with some candy, bottled water and goodies; helpful House Manual with things about the house and surrounding area. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet . The A/C was perfect (we were there during 110 degree days and 105 degree nights) and while the max low is pre-set at 72 degrees, there are ceiling fans in every room and it's the perfect temperature. We felt safe and secure - great neighborhood. We will be back and totally recommend this place to anyone staying in the Phoenix area . By the way, we came for the Detroit Lions/Cardinals football game at State Farm Stadium - it was only about a 15/20 minute drive and super easy access from the home to freeway. A perfect stay. Host very responsive with any questions. We swam every morning and night in their pool, too. I truly don't know why anyone would stay in a hotel any longer- this is the very best value and exceptional luxury, privacy and everyone has their own space to stretch out!

Keith is a super host, always kind!! there was a minor issue on the house and he fix it so fast! It was a good experience, tx 4 everything!

The place is easy to get into and out. It has everything that you need to stay here and is kept clean.

Kitchen is well equipped, lots of room to lounge around and beds are comfortable.

Our Ac went out and we needed a place to stay for the weekend and Keith was amazing! All I have to say is thank you and god bless him! If you are ever looking for a place in AZ I recommend Keith’s house and the pool is just the icing on the cake.

A gem! More like a European pensión than an Airbnb. Absolutely sparkling clean, fresh white linen, high ceilings, a feeling of airy openness. Paolo and Mike are the most charming hosts, delightful to talk to and so interesting. Truly a special stay. House is conveniently located near the 101 and an easy drive to the Peoria Sports Complex.

This a very convenient place to stay it is close to the 101 and the 17, very relaxing and a quiet neighborhood. It is very well kept and clean. I am hoping it will be available next year around this time.

Shaundra was an amazing and gracious host. The tranquil retreat was exactly as described and a welcome respite after very long work days. An awesome and caring person, she is an amazing conversationalist and the room was cozy, warm, and welcoming. Everything was spotless and far exceeded my expectations. Shaundra was the most kind host. She made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel like her home was mine. She was always available to talk even just as a friend and not only for hostess purposes. She mommied me while I was sick and just was generally very caring. I would 100% book another stay here if I return to Arizona.

Our family loved staying at Tina's house. Everything was perfect. The house was so clean and we loved all of the extra touches. The kitchen was well stocked and the basket of goodies and bottle of wine was so nice along with the Keurig coffee cups, bottles of water and the extra items in the refrigerator. The information book that was put together along with the pictures of different places to visit is good to have for first time visitors. The towels in the bathroom were so thick which is sometimes not the case in other rentals. We've had towels that were so thin it felt like drying yourself with a paper towel. It was great to have so many towels for the pool too. I can't think of one improvement that needs to made. It's perfect and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Phoenix.

This host has thought of it all! The place is super clean and organized. Little labels and notes make navigating this home a breeze! By far the most relaxing and well thought out places I've stayed. Kristie's place was exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful one of the best places I've ever stayed. Everything was very clean and she had thought of everything to make our stay more than comfortable, Not to mention how comfortable the beds were and the rooms were pretty good sized so we didn't feel cramped with our luggage. It was also nice to find a place were we could each have not only our own bed but also our own room and this was significantly cheaper than staying in a hotel and because we were traveling on a budget we decided to eat there and she had everything imaginable to cook with which was awesome since I love to cook. We also really loved her dogs. They were so friendly and made us feel right at home since we were missing our dog already. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Phoenix and hopefully the weather is better to be able to enjoy her pool and patio. Highly recommend!

Kristie is quick to respond and one of the most hospitable hosts! She is extremely helpful with making sure we had the best stay possible in Glendale. She made us feel completely at home and not to mention we completely fell in love with her dogs as well! She had the rooms cleaned when we arrived in addition to replacing the bed sheets and bath mats! Definitely intend to stay with her when we come back to visit my sister!

Lots of space and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was very clean. I met Kristie in the morning before departing and she was very sweet and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Kristie Is a caring person, who immediately makes you feel welcome and at home. Her dogs are so much fun, and yet quiet and peaceful. Kristie provides beautifully furnished bedrooms, with a big bathroom, right across the hall. She gave us access to her Keurig, toaster and a shelf in the refrigerator. We didn’t need the washer and dryer. We would not hesitate to return to her home!
