Roberto and Alessandra have created a real gem in Forlì hills. They were spoiled with attention and treats. Excellent cuisine! Even Boris, our English bulldog, was pampered by all the boys of the tavern. Really a pleasant experience!

The Campanara is one of those places that you conquer. The setting, service and care of equipment, food, rooms. Everything was wonderful. By putting a but, the bed in the room was a disaster. We felt like at home, resting and eating very very rich. Highly recommended if you want to disconnect. The owners are 10 of the best hosts we've had.

We are a couple in the mid twenties and had a lovely stay @ Osteria La Campanara. Although we've had some trouble finding the place first, we've been helped and greeted so warmly. The room was clean and very unique with a lot of love to small details. The hosts make you feel like you're a part of a family. The breakfast was also excellent.

Super cool place! We had the The Water room which was a lovely room for us and our 7 year old son in the six days we were there. The place is cozy, nicely renovated, with a lovely garden and beautiful pool located in pleasant surroundings. The owners and staff are friendly, the breakfast is cozy, delicious and comfortable. The site has a fantastic restaurant in the beautiful courtyard. We could certainly good book here again. The only drawback was that there was doubt whether we had paid for 5/6 nights via airbnb - giving a practice end at check-out.

Rooms so lovingly decorated as only people can do with a sense of "La Dolce Vita". No stress, no hassle, breakfast whenever you want and a pool in a Landchaft as beautiful as it is not better. The only downer was the very firm mattress and the heat exchange system by the pool, which every 45 min. for 10 min. rumbles. But you forgive it gladly, because the loving nature and solitude in the old walls can quickly forget the outside world. Alessandra, Roberto and Leandora were so welcoming that one was always happy to see them. The attached restaurant (2 doors down) is since 2004 a secret of Michelin, Gambero Rosso and Slow Food movement. So who is on seclusion, loving architecture, calm and very good food, which is absolutely right here.

Peaceful stay in a tastefully restored B&B surrounded by nature and greenery. The extremely friendly hosts catered for our every need and the food was outstanding; we ate at the restaurant every night. Do not miss the mushroom dishes and fried piadina with squacquerone cheese. Close to beautiful forests and the Ridracoli Dam.

Thanks to Roberto and his Team we had a Perfect Stay for one weak! Very lovely place and friendly people. Epecially for me as a wheelchair User the heartful renovated house was a Great experience to live in! All the best Andreas + Silke

Weekend with children (8 adults and 4 children). very impressive structure, where you can breathe the antiquity of the place. very warm welcome by David and family, really nice and accommodating. Very well equipped kitchen with a dedicated barbecue area (there are also two ovens for pizza). Being wood heating, you must arm themselves with good will in feeding the fireplace, but we had no problems. The only drawback? Lack of dark curtains on the windows and curtains sufficiently. I would do it again, maybe in the summer, to have lunch inside the church and out the pool area. Thanks again David!

A fantastic place to stay in Davide is friendly and a great host. The 5 of us enjoyed the stay immensely. It is very peaceful if like me you wanted to chill but for the others you can reach all sightseeing places. Santa Sofia is a good launching place and don't forget the amazing dam which was "better than Venice!"

The house is located in the countryside, in a very quiet and peaceful place with a beautiful view of the hills. The house is enhanced by a large garden well maintained and the pool is available to guests. Photos are well aware of reality. We were very well received. Our hosts had prepared documents on the history of the area and hiking maps. All had also been scheduled for the next day's breakfast. We will return with pleasure. Thank you!

David was a master of impeccable home. Faster communications and very helpful. The villa is very special, not if they are similar around. Actually once it was a "resort": former priest's house, former school. Former workshop and former dance hall is transformed into a house "very special". The church is connected to the house. It is furnished with period furniture and beautiful gardens connected by streets and ravines that lead down to the pool overlooking the valley. The night the lights of the house and the garden transform the place into a really impressive place, you want to not ever go away from there in spite Santa Sofia is a short distance (just over 5 Km). Essentially recommended.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The whole estate is spectacular and you can relax as much as possible. The house is equipped very good and you have everything there. We loved swimming in the pool and having barbecue at the evening. Next to the house is a small city Santa Sofia where you can find everything else you might need (supermarkets, bars etc). We can really recommend this estate. Moreover Davide and Monia are perfect hosts and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks a lot for your help and geniality.

We spent a lovely week 5 in a home full of history, with many rooms and beautiful huge garden on several levels overlooking the average green and beautiful mountain scenery. The place is ideal for beautiful hikes (guests provide many hiking maps) and for lovers of the countryside (the house is surrounded by fields and farms so you have to expect some strong smells a little) bit for cultural visits as the main cities in Emilia Romagna as Parma, Modena, Ferrara are more than 2 hours away. It remains beautiful Ravenna and Bologna at 1:30. We also walked around the side of the Adriatic Sea at 1:20 of the house. Our hosts are charming and available, the house spotless, well equipped and restaurant addresses very well including a pizzeria in Civitella di Romagna delicious. Only downside to this holiday for us was the pool we expected with impatience and does not encourage too much for swimming.

My family and I had a great time on the Villa Al Circolo. The location is very nice. We were able to visit the most famous tourist Italian attractions as Florence, Venice, Lake Garda, Verona and so on. The beach is relatively close to the villa as well. The house is nice itself. It is beautiful by its design, comfortable, big, and warm. Everything you need is already in the house for you. The terrace on the last, third floor of the house opens a wide view on the mountains. We have enjoyed our vacation a lot. I hope you will enjoy it as much as we did.

Questa casa si trova in un angolo di paradiso...immersa nel (URL HIDDEN) ha la fortuna con pochi passi di raggiungere...uma piscina naturale con tanto di cascata con idromassaggio. I dettagli in pietra della casa ci sono piaciuti molto rispecchia le tipiche case antiche del piccolo Borgo di Premilcuore...che si trova a pochi minuti...circonfata da animali che vengono tenuti con tanta cura..Nicla e la sua famiglia sono persone stupende che ti fanno sentire a casa..con il loro modi accoglienti.Nicla prepara delle crostate divine infatti abbiamo fatto una colazione da re....casa comoda e pulita torneremmo di sicuro li consigliamo vivamente.. ..

Fantastic spot in Italian mountains. Stay here if you want to experience typical Italian countryside. We strongly recommend to go for a coffee to a bar in next building and try amazing pizza at Bella Napoli.

Il paese è veramente delizioso, noi l'abbiamo scelto per andare a mirabilandia che si trova a 45 minuti di macchina. È un'ottima alternativa ai prezzi alti della riviera romagnola, la casa è pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Una casa "dei nonni" come dice la descriZione ma veramente accogliente!

Where do I begin with how much I loved staying here. The food, the beautiful landscapes, the lovely town-all were just the relaxation that I needed. You begin by staying in the best convent-turned hotel in the mountains. The Italian food is so very rich and healthy, you'll never want to leave. The bed, bathroom, dining areas were so very decorative and functional. I don't believe there is a person on this planet that could come up with a complaint. I spent my days running and exercising in the mountains. Such a beautiful town. I will never forget my experience there.

Our journey took us to this quiet and charming village in the mountain. Our hosts were very friendly and made us feel part of the family and staff. Accommodation for our room, dining and breakfast area were authentic, full of sharm. Dinner was a great surprice and presented with home made ingredients. This place will be for ever in our memory, and a place to be shared and for a redo.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Albergo Diffuso for 4 days and we had a lovely time. Marisa and all the people who worked there were absolutely amazing. It was as if we were part of the family! Every evening there was something going on, like concerts with local bands, public readings, not to mention the food, which was always outstanding! We'll surely come back and we highly recommend it.

We spent the Easter holiday, surrounded by nature, with our four-legged friend, a structure of the past, the old farmhouse about 400 years old and Lorenzo, the owner, wonderful person who greeted us with a whole cheese of the place and a good bottle of wine making us feel immediately at ease. The farm is situated in a convenient location to make even the stunning walks along the ridges of the surrounding mountains. Highly recommended for people who love animals and nature. It was realy nice at il poggione. It's a hidden treasure. When you stay at Lorenzo's place the hills are alive with the sound of music. The house is well furnished and clean. The bathroom is basic, but functional. Lorenzo is a really good host, he knows nice places, has a pretty garden with fresh fruits and helps you with everything. Nearby the house there is a very good restaurant, and most of all beautifull waterfalls where you can swim. This is a great place to relax, walk and read.

The description is accurate, the welcoming and friendly host. It 'a good-hearted person and very attentive to the needs of residents. The place is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and with very good air. Ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday, away from technology and surrounded by nature.

Two days of decompression Poggiolo, in Montalto di Premilcuore, is recommended for everyone. Throw out your cell phone, why not take and will not help you. Arm yourself with 4x4, hiking boots and get to this paradise of nature, where Lorenzo will welcome you with its Venetian dialect telling of how he discovered an ancient world that still survives in the hidden valleys of the Romagnolo Apennines. Wonder.

We had a lovely stay in Il Poggiolo. The cottage is both roomy and cosy, and it has really thick stone walls that make it remarkably fresh inside even when it's 30+ degrees and sunny outside. Lorenzo was a fabulous host - he helped us out with anything we needed, gave us some of his amazing tomatoes etc., and even took us hiking! We rented a car for the week and drove several times to the Grotta Urlante, which is a beautiful spot for swimming (next to/under a waterfall in a cave) - mind you, it's pretty cool water! I only managed about 5-10 minutes of swimming at a time because I get cold easily, but my boyfriend and the Italians fared better :) We also went for a walk down the river once to another waterfall - it's mostly shallow and rather fun to walk through. The area is great for day trips - we went to San Marino for a day, which was lovely. The village is about 20min drive away but there's also a Tratoria with tasty food just down the hill (1km away) from the cottage. Oh! And there is a great butcher shop in Premilcuore with great meat cuts and many other necessities (pasta, milk, eggs, tomato sauce etc.). Lorenzo has a bbq that can be used for making a fabulous dinner. Amazingly, there were almost no mosquitoes anywhere around, and no flying insects in the house due to nets over all the windows. Brilliant! [However, just as a note - Lorenzo wasn't joking in the description about the scorpions. We found one in our bathroom, sprayed it with the big can of Raid we found in the cottage, and then trapped the poor thing in a big glass jar. And then waited until the morning to ask Lorenzo to save us from it... Yup. We're brave. These are just Italian scorpions, though - their sting is like a bee sting - still, better safe than sorry!] Overall - highly recommended!

the "Poggiolo", a rustic gem, beautifully restored by the owner Lorenzo, who gave us a great welcome. A road impassable door to another dimension, where silence and the panorama dominated by greenery and ridges make you forget the everyday. A quarter of an hour to reach the fantastic pools of Rabbi river, from those of the Saw Mill until Howling Caves under the Roman bridge. But other trips are on hand as soon as we move away from Premilcuore: the Fiumicello Mengozzi mill run by the family, the botanical garden Valbonella, the Nature Trails. Then just move in parallel valleys to do other pleasant discoveries, from the walk in the woods to reach the waterfall Acquacheta near San Benedetto in Alpe, the village of Santa Sofia Bidente crossed by the river, the breathtaking views that you have going down from Campigna to Dogwood. The Podere 'Poggiolo' for us it was a real holiday!

We have had a fantastic week in peace with Lorenzo. the area and the house are very beautiful. Lorenzo gave us tips for walks.

La casa è molto spaziosa e c'è tutto ciò di cui aver bisogno durante il soggiorno. In pieno centro e a pochi passi dal ruscello dove fare il bagno, passeggiare e...mangiare!!! Agriturismo e altri punti ristoro a portata di mano, ma soprattutto i barbecue a disposizione lungo il fiume. Da li sentieri, e luoghi da visitare a pochi km in auto...per poi tornare a casa di Carla e riposare in totale tranquillità e comodità. Andateci!!!

Le B & B est situé juste en dehors du centre de Predappio, dans un quartier très calme, entouré de verdure. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par la dame très gentille et Joseph et leur chien mignon. Nous avons séjourné dans l'une des chambres avec entrée privée, salle de bains à la chambre. La chambre était très propre. La porte de la chambre a également été attaqué le mot de passe du Wi-Fi. Le matin, nous prenions le petit déjeuner principal interne, avec une bonne variété de choix (sucré ou salé). Autrement dit, s'il ricapitasse aller à nouveau.

Very nicely refurbished farm house in a very quiet and peaceful spot in the hills. Paolo and Franco are so lovely and welcoming (though we had language difficulties!) and even brought us cake on arrival. The area is very peaceful and pleasant but you will need a car to get anywhere. A day trip to San Marino is a must. There was a heatwave when we stayed and it was very very warm so we did end up sleeping downstairs! The hosts live in the adjoining building and were there whilst we stayed also.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is beautiful. And Paola and Franco are very Nice hosts - even though we had a language barrier.

Paola and her husband were simply the most generous and the warmest hosts we have ever stayed with through AirBnB. Of course the flat is stylish, cosy and extremely comfortable, but that you can see from the photos. What really left an impression were all of Poala's wonderful little touches, from the apple pie welcome, the coffee and grappa... and of course her unbeatable peach cocktail! We loved getting to know Paola and her husband and can't recommend enough this jewel amid the beautiful Italian hills!!

Paola and Franco were very helpful and caring. They made for a wonderful stay and given numerous tips on sights and restaurants. The apartment is stylish and very comfortable.

The apartment we stayed in is very beautiful, the photos do not do justice to the meticulous work done by Paola, complete with every comfort and finished very well. We also made use of the kitchen made available, complete with everything you need and very functional, we were welcomed like in our house. We will definitely be back because the surrounding areas are beautiful.

Paola and Franco were very gracious hosts who have a beautiful farmhouse they lovingly restored several years ago. It is only about 20 minutes from the highway in a gorgeous, mountainous area. The view was incredible, the sunrise gorgeous, and waking to the sounds of nearby roosters was so relaxing. We wish we had more time to spend at the house and would have liked to just spend our time there, but there was exploring to do and adventures to have. However, the time we did spend was used to cook a dinner one night on their outdoor fireplace and one morning spending time with them for breakfast. Paola and Franco were so generous, having provided us with breakfast on two of the mornings, as well as setting the dinner table so it would be ready for us to cook when we arrived home after a full day of sightseeing! We very much enjoyed our time there and are very thankful to Paola and Franco’s hospitality! Although our Italian was very limited, as was their English, we somehow managed to communicate. A special shout out to their nephew-in-law Fabrizio, who was available on several occasions to translate for all of us!

Superbe séjour chez Paula et Franco, nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement. Tout au long du séjour nous avons été gâtés par nos hôtes : fruits et légumes du jardin, confiture et autres gourmandises... Le logement était très joli, décoré avec goût. Le séjour était calme et reposant après des journées de tourisme dans les alentours ! Merveilleux souvenirs, merci Paula et Franco!

Everything was better than any expectation. Upon our arrival Federica and companion were waiting for us with a good prosecco on the river bank. We were pampered by their human kindness, superb nice clean location. Everything is 10 with honors. We will definitely return. Thank you guys !!!
