Close to all amenities, bars, restaurants, shopping, cinema and museum. Transportation by tram and bus 80 m away , train station 15 min away on foot. A stone's throw from the Novotel and the tram stop, you can be in the center of Saint Étienne, at the ZENITH and CITÉ DU DESIGN in 10 minutes or at the STADIUM in 20 minutes. Close by are many shops such as supermarket, restaurants or snack bars. The apartment does not overlook the street and being in a small condominium allows it to be quiet.

Its 30 m2 semi-covered rooftop terrace is as much appreciated in summer as in winter, it will allow you to enjoy sunny moments.

Several activities like the spa directly on the terrace at the price of €15 or a boat trip on the Loire at the price of €70 is offered to you. Do not hesitate to let me know, the bed is not made but the linen is left at an additional €5. You are free to put yours or ours.
