VILLA AGNESE Villa Agnese is within walking distance from the historical centre of Sarnano, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. Its privileged location, 530 metres above sea level, in the Sibillini National Park, offers stunning views of the surrounding village and hills. The centre can be reached in five minutes and a large variety of delicious specialties can be found at the local stores. For those who prefer relaxing in the shade of a luscious garden, there are games such as a ping-pong table, foos-ball, and a barbecue where you can enjoy all kinds of meat or vegetables available at the local market or in the many butcher’s in the village. In the villa, which has been recently restored in the style of an old country house dating back to the beginning of the nineteenth century, comprises two identical large apartments (170 sq. meters wide), located at ground and first floor. In each flat all modern facilities are available, and the spacious dining room (85 sq. metres wide) from where you have direct access to the garden (ground floor) or a wonderful view of the village, is ideal for big groups or large families (up to 10 people) wanting to experience the beauties of this oasis of quietness. Sarnano and its close back country are offer a large variety of cultural, artistic, culinary, and sport events. Villa Sassovivo is in Umbria, in a natural park, close to the center of Foligno and the most beautiful villages. It has a wonderful panoramic view. It has a private panoramic swimming pool, large fenced park, gazebos, relaxation areas, barbecue, outdoor kitchen and parking. The interior, finely furnished, is divided into 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a billiard room, an equipped kitchen, a study and laundry. The ceilings are all wooden and the floors are terracotta. Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Ancient farmhouse with pool between Foligno and Assisi

Stone, iron and wood; these are the materials used by my great-grandparents to build, on the foundations of an ancient monastery, the farmhouse S.Lorenzo built on top of a hill of olive trees overlooking the city of Foligno. The farmhouse, renovated in 2015, is furnished in a country style. Each house has, on the ground floor, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a fireplace, while on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
