This was a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood that was close to a shopping center and eateries. The home itself was very welcoming and house instructions were communicated very clearly, which improved our stay even more. We did run into an issue with the front door lock while trying to get in one night. However, Chrissy answered my call quickly even though it was 8pm and helped us get back into the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The fireplace was a nice touch since we traveled in the winter. The reclining bed in the master bedroom was also very helpful since I was traveling with a newborn and the positioning of the bed helped me feed comfortably. We would definitely love to stay here again should we take another mini-vacation to Atlanta!

This place is absolutely amazing and a rare find for the price!!! Chrissy is great with the quick responses and communication and is very attentive to your needs. In all honesty this place can book itself, Chrissy just makes it even better! I booked this place on short notice traveling from New York and the moment I tried to book I was worried that I wouldn’t get a quick response, within minutes the place was paid for and secured. I will definitely be returning along with some friends so they can witness this rare jewl.

This is a very cozy and charming studio! It is about a 15 minute drive from downtown and Ponce City Market, making it very central to many places in the Atlanta area. Burke and Skipper are very nice, and I would highly recommend staying here!

Burke and Skipper were awesome host. We arrived later than we had planned, the lights were on, a treat for our dog along with a hand written note was waiting, and everything we needed to know was provided. Also, their place is super unique! I would most definitely stay again.

I just came back from my stay and enjoyed everything little detail put into their airbnb. I like that it was very private and there were no concerns about safety. I loved the theme of the airbnb and that bed was soooo cozy. Thank you so much Burke and Skipper.

Really enjoyed my stay here for a weekend. Super convenient to Marta to get into the center of town (sadly Marta is still just as convenient as it was 25 years ago...) and a nice quiet spot to relax when I wasn't busy.

Initially, I was concerned about the area, but there was absolutely no reason to be! The home is nestled in the cutest, safe nook and cranny. It was the perfect little getaway. So peaceful. I was very impressed. I didn’t expect it to be so spacious, but there was plenty of room. We really enjoyed the hot tub. It made for a perfect evening! I would love to stay here again.

Great place! The tiny home is very cozy and warm! Make sure to use the hot tub while you're there - it's surrounded by very beautiful landscaping. If we come back to the Atlanta area, this is definitely where we are going to stay!

Staying at this tiny home was amazing! The backyard is beautifully decorated and such a joy to explore. There are chickens, a large pond with goldfish and koi, a hot tub, and many cute decorations! When you wake up, there are birds, squirrels, and chipmunks greeting you in your front yard! The inside of the house was decorated so simply, yet modern. It has everything you need and definitely an experience you'll grow from!

This home was exactly as pictured! The details Emerson gave upon check in were clear and concise. We had everything we needed including a mall, grocery store and ten minute drive from the airport. The area was very quiet and safe. The cameras in the front and rear added an extra sense of security. The home smelled fresh and beds were super comfy. I felt at home here and will definitely return. I’m very picky and nervous when it comes to selecting hotels or air bnbs. Everything here was amazing! Looks exactly like the pics. I haven’t stopped bragging about this place and will be booking again when I return back to Atlanta! There was great communication throughout our stay. The neighbors were even pleasant.

After many trips with this app, hands down one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. Jeremy and his wife are amazing hosts and very friendly. 10/10. Definitely will try to book with them again on my next trip here.

The location is perfect and the neighborhood is peaceful. I loved this area. 16 dollar Uber to airport and 25 to centennial park. Both at high traffic times. The space is large and can easily fit 3 people. The heater was working great since the night was cold. I also was able to leave my luggage there for a few hours after check out but before my flight. Great stay. Would recommend and stay again for sure.

Hina is so sweet and we accommodating to anything we needed. She replied quick. She was on the property for most of our stay but other than hearing walking upstairs you would never know (it did not bother us). The space was great for just my boyfriend and I to get away for the weekend. Everything was clean. If we come back to Atlanta again we will most definitely keep this spot saved.

This was by far one of the best places my husband and I have stayed in yet! With our home needing repair, Bethon’s place was literally a home away from home. So much to the point we didn’t want to leave! She is certainly a “super host” in all aspects- timely communication, wonderful amenities- that were actually included, wonderfully clean and more than spacious home, great neighborhood (I took my 2 year old son out to play everyday of our stay and felt completely safe), awesome hospitality, and just overall a great host. We highly recommend booking with her!

The place is very clean and private. Bethon respected our privacy completely. The place is a three bedroom apartment located in the basement of the owners house, and is accessed from the back, but has a keypad entry, which makes access at all times very easy. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area, as it is affordable and very comfortable.

My stay at Janice place was amazing! She was very communicative, herself and her daughter were very accommodating. I was able to use the amenities with out any issues and the house itself was beautiful. Although she lives on the property it was a private stay. I had my own section in the house. Thank you Janice for an amazing stay! I would definitely book with her again. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

Janice house was very nice and clean. I had a big bed with lots of space in the room and the private bathroom is just outside of the room. The room does get colder than the rest of the house so I do suggest bringing extra blankets as the top blanket is very lightweight. Janice was very attentive and very pleasant whenever we spoke. My only con was it seemed to be a hassle with the alarm system. I had to call to have it removed before leaving or returning to the house. I even set it off a few times which made me feel bad however she was not upset. Otherwise you will definitely feel secured at this location. Overall I had a good stay.

Janice is amazing and the house was spotless. I really enjoyed our conversations which made me feel like family. There is no other better value in the area and Janice has a Godly heart. I have visited a couple other places and this location was above expectations. I am very thankful and being new to the area would have stayed my whole duration with Janice if known at she is just that good. I worked extremely long hours and Janice facilitated me like I was part of the family. You will not be disappointed and extremely highly recommended.

It was me and my husband’s second stay and we enjoyed our stay just as much as we enjoyed our first.

The house is big and very nice with its spacious rooms and fun accessories. The bedroom itself is big to fit a very large and comfy bed. The host is very friendly and was willing to accommodate for many of the requests I had for the nights I stayed. In a very nice and clean neighborhood that is a little ways from town, but the town can be easily accessed via Lyft/Uber.

House was very clean , Janice was very down to earth very sweet made us feel right at home . Security was great , house was interior decorated to the TEEEEE ❤️.

Nice home in a nice neighborhood only 15 mins from the airport. Keith is a considerate host who also respects your privacy.

Renecia was very responsive. Great stay overall and cute place. Close to highway airport and stores. Only thing I would say was missing for my family was a highchair and the upstairs was a bit warm (we could not adjust the temp) for our liking. We would stay again when we come back in town.

This place was beyond my expectations! I mean the pictures really doesn’t do it any justice. Had just a little problem getting in the door(my fault) but Renecia was quick to help. It was my fiancé birthday so she left a birthday card for her on the table that was really sweet and thoughtful. Whenever I’m in town this is where me and my family would stay.

Cozy Cottage is a great place to stay. The neighbor is safe and quiet. We were about halfway between Atlanta and Senoia-our two tourist locations. The cottage is clean and well equipped. Our choice could not have been better. We a little sorry that the weather wasn't a bit warmer so that we could have enjoyed the cottage's nice backyard.

This was the perfect spot to stay while we worked in the area. The house is in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood and has everything a business traveler needs, from a blender and ironing board to tvs (netflix and roku enabled) in every bedroom and in the main living room along with great wifi. Uwonda was extremely responsive to any question we had and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. The house is sparking clean and nicely decorated. I hope this house is available the next time we work in the area as anything after this would be a let down. You won't regret staying here.

Great stay for a few days

Brandon's place is nice. Its clean and quiet. The only person I saw and came in contact with was Brandon himself. That was the very first day I arrived. He is a very friendly person. He most definitely gives you your privacy. The bed was comfy in my opinion but I love soft mattresses! The room is plain but that's alright cause I was there to sleep. It has a closet that you can use. The bed is a king size. The bathroom has a counter that's decent size for us females and all our stuff. It's very clean. I didn't utilize any other part of the house except bedroom and bathroom so I'm unable to speak on them.
