This monumental building is located on the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands, and through the wooden skeleton you can taste the authentic atmosphere. In front of the door is a traffic-free zone, so there is no nuisance of passing traffic. Everything you need can be found literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transportation. Relax and slow down in "Wonderful Huys", stylish and spacious. The house has been completely renovated in a 450m² garden with complete privacy. You can park your car in front of the door, on the private property. At 200m you will find the indoor pool, a lake with beach, restaurant and playground (indoor and outdoor). For the little ones there is an animation team and for the slightly larger children and adults there is a climbing forest + zipline over the lake where you can also soup/canoe. Luxury holiday home in the greenery near Nijmegen!

CASA 150, that's the name of our beautiful place in the middle of the greenery! A place where you can relax and enjoy yourself to the fullest. The house is super clean, recently completely renovated and equipped with all the comforts, especially for families with young children (just like us). There is a large garden around the house, a sauna, fine mattresses and a trampoline. Everything is available for happy children. The house has 8 beds for adults and 2 children's beds, but is most ideal for 4-6 people. Be welcome!
