An immaculate and generous high spec 2 bedroom apartment within a beautiful old farm house boasting panoramic mountain views and close proximity to the ski slopes of Morzine, Let Gets and Avoriaz. Essert Romand is quiet and tranquil but Morzine with its busy après-ski scene, bars, restaurants and shops and a large supermarket is just 5 minutes drive. Excellent cooking, dining facilities and underfloor heating makes the apartment the perfect comfortable and cosy place to enjoy your ski holiday.

In the small quiet and preserved village of Essert Romand, this large recent chalet (January 21) enjoys VERY BEAUTIFUL VIEWS of the mountains and consists of 2 parts that can be independent. A few km from Morzine, Les Gets, St Jean d 'Aulps (Roc d 'enfert), the great lake of Montriond, many hikes. 1 bathroom thought for people in wheelchair. Baby equipment available.

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved area. It is 3 km away the center of Morzine and close to the Express des Prodains. In winter, it is possible to leave the ski chalet to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stops near the chalet). The return from Avoriaz can be done on skis. Hiking trails from the cottage are accessible. Ideal for 2 to 3 people.
