If you are driving here there is a private driveway at the apartment for 3 cars.

Beautiful apartment on the 2nd floor of the "Hôtel du Parc" residence with stunning views of Lake Geneva. This building, now a private residence, is linked to several highlights of 20th century history. It was at the Hôtel du Parc that the negotiations for the resolution of the Algerian conflict took place and which led, on March 18, 1962, to the signing of the Evian Accords. Ski-in apartment near Prodains Express

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
