You will stay in a listed old building from the 19th century. century, distinguished by the elegant facade of the Neurenaissance as well as the high ceilings with stucco. The 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom will be completely refurbished in 2024 and equipped to a high specification.

Relax with the whole family or friends in the middle of the adjacent vineyards and fruit trees. The apartment is located on the ground floor on a wine and fruit farm that has already been in the 4th generation. Children are very welcome here. There is a trampoline, Kettcars, pedal tractor, ping pong table and much more on our large farm on the Mainschleife. The apartment is located directly on the bike path. Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Optionally, the living area with sofa bed becomes another overnight accommodation. There is also a bedroom outside the apartment on the same floor. Overall, the apartment is for 2 - 8 people.
