Idyllic Svaneke house overlooking Vigehavn

Lovely binding millhouse, separated for a long time at Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes walk from Svaneke city centre and just steps from the rocky trail and overlooks Vigehavn. The house has three bedrooms, one with two built in junior beds - however, two single beds can easily be set instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-room, living room, bathroom and private terrace to the south. There is good insulation, district heating and wood burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Holiday house close to sandy beach

This holiday home is located in a resort town of 52 houses, divided into 5 clusters. There is a communal swimming pool (remember towels for outdoor use), playground, communal house, a laundry room, car park, and waste container. All grasslands are shared. There is NO parking at the house. The house can accommodate 4 people, but by arrangement a fifth person can be allowed. I'm not much for pets, but by appointment, it can be arranged. The beach is about 300m away. The city is located in a forest, with lots of nature.

Charming annex close to Balka beach

Our cozy holiday apartment invites you to relax and recharge - close to the beach. The apartment is part of a charming half-timbered house. The other part is our private garage. Our house is about 50 meters next door. The place has a double bed and a cot (upstairs in the loft). The sofa in the living room is a particularly comfortable sleeping option. In the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with a shower. We are a German-Danish family of 5 and look forward to your visit!

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

The cottage is an annex located in the garden of our seaside villa in Rønne. Perfect for vacations on the beautiful island Bornholm. You will enjoy striking views of the Baltic Sea from the garden. There is a direct beach access - simply walk down the stairs at the end of the garden (pebble beach). The annex is new and contains one room with queen size bed (140x200 cm). Bathroom with toilet and shower. Fridge and zink but no stoves and no oven. It is possible to borrow an infant's bed.

Beautiful Summercottage - close to the sea.

NB, important: In June, July and August, rental is primarily full weeks from saturday til saturday. In some cases we do from Sunday to Sunday. Beautiful vacation home (80 m2) located close (400 m.) to the wonderful beach, and only a few hundred meters from a cosy fishing village. New Kitchen (2022), spacious bright living room with fireplace. Theres is access from the living room to a lovely furnished terrace facing south. Fast WIFI(fiber). Linens, towels etc. must be brought.

Super nice basement apartment in Nexø

Lovely basement apartment with private entrance, and access to shared sunny courtyard. You get your own kitchen with basic interiors, hobs and fridge/freezer cabinet, so there is plenty of opportunity to cook yourself. The apartment is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, shops and bus connections and is thus very centrally located. You are close to the harbour environment which is up coming with bar, restaurant, take away opportunity and coziness.
