Highly recommended! Very nicely located in rural eastern part of The Netherlands. Not far away (by car!) from shops, small towns, lovely attractions and nature trails in this gorgeous part of the country. House is spacious, clean, well equipped and good beds. Nice play area (and lots of things to play with) for the children age 3-15. Lots of space to sit outside. Absolute aanrader! Zeer goede lokatie in de achterhoek. Niet ver (met de auto!) van winkels, dorpjes en steden, leuke attracties en prachtige natuur. Het huis is ruim, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien, met prima bedden. Mooie ruime speelplaats/tuin (en veel om mee te spelen) voor kinderen van 3-15 jaar. Beschutte ruime zitruimte buiten.

Lovely weekend had a beautiful place with lots to do in the area. Beautiful (swimming) pool on the property, am very curious how it is here in the summer.

Simple, cozy accommodation in a beautiful place

We have nine friends had a wonderful weekend at Loerbeek. Walks through the woods, outdoor cafes in Germany, campfires in the garden tractor-pulling. Koen and Nikita are fine hosts. They were easily accessible when someone forgot a key or needed a tick after the walk in the woods. At the same time we got the feeling free to live our own estate. What concerns us so absolutely recommended!

It was a very pleasant stay. The house is cozy and exudes a pleasant atmosphere. The owners were friendly and helped us well I prepare. The location is really nice. A good area to go for a walk. Really recommended!

Last weekend stayed 8 friends and I in the Farm Koen and Nikita hiring. We have really enjoyed the photos exactly right, the farm exudes cosiness and authenticity! In addition, the area was top! We took advantage of the swimming pond, t boat and were able to sit outside when the weather permitted! We had a great weekend, lots to do around the farm but also nice and quiet !! Thank you so much, we will definitely be back often!

This is truly a beautiful place! Were six adults and four children, as the space is perfect for. With great weather, we had the huge garden with trampoline is also a nice bonus. Everything you need is provided, ample plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. The only thing we had found was still practically a microwave and a dishwasher (we're lazy;)). But in itself was old fashioned wash also fun again. Upon arrival Nikita was there to make things right for us and explain some things. We felt that we could go our lovely walk on. So it's super good like and I think that we are definitely going back sometime. Thanks Nikita and Koen!

We stayed with three families over new years in the Main house, and some more friends stayed in the flat. Its a beautiful place and we had a wonderful time. There is plenty of space and there is everything you need. The two double rooms in the house have a lovely few over the lake just like the apartment. The third room is very big with a little opening to the hallway upstairs, so with a little bit reduced privacy, but additional fun for kids. The outside area is a lot bigger than we had expected with the big lake, a trampolin, a swing, a maze and the chicken. Since Nikita and Koen were gone for some days, we could have the eggs and we also got firewood from them so we could make a bon fire. I would always recommend it!

I have stayed several nights at Christel, highly recommended in Zevenaar! Clean room equipped with all comforts and a great breakfast. Christel is very welcoming and friendly, nice to experience a chat.

For my work I had to stay in Zevenaar. And what I was after a day are welcomed with fresh coffee / tea by Christel. The house and rooms are attractive, clean, comfortable and the bathroom is amazing. The following mornings I have delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice, bread, tea / coffee and a boiled egg. Christel is taking a pleasant interlocutor and I've felt very at home. From the beautiful garden I could not enjoy because it was too cold, but I'll still visit in the spring when I am in Zevenaar again for work. Overall worth repeating and highly recommended for anyone looking for an overnight stay in Zevenaar.

We are very warmly welcomed and there was a good description on the operation of the business in the beautiful apartment but also the shops, cafes and restaurants and the area nearby. The description shows what you can expect good weather and the wonderfully atmospheric part converted into living, dining and cooking area was above all expectations. Albert's was the best in our long line of Airbnb experience. It's just perfect, beautifully furnished and located, with plenty of space and a particularly nice garden. And especially nice are the hosts. Although we have not seen Albert in person, we were in constant contact with him and his family and neighbors were accessible at any time and helpful with any questions. You might like to spend two or three weeks there! Thanks Albert!

What a wonderful place this is. Very tastefully decorated, featuring the fine lighting at night where you could enjoy reading! Good mattresses. And then also flowers, sandwiches on Sunday cup berries, what an attentiveness. Lovely secluded courtyard, where you can always opt for sun or shade. And thanks to the rooster we truly felt in the countryside ... In no time are you, walking or cycling in the beautiful nature of the Gelderland Waard. We will definitely come back!

We spent four days in this lovely farm house, with a 2 years old baby. It is very spacious, clean and quiet. We felt at home; our son really enjoyed the house (he had fun playing with the toys!) and the surroundings. Albert was a great host, very welcoming. When we arrived, fresh flowers from the garden and a bottle of wine were waiting for us! Albert's family as well as its neighbor were also very kind with us.

Communication with Albert was friendly and informative. The farm house was comfortable, spacious and peaceful. The communities close by were full of great coffee houses and wonderful dinning...I highly recommend Alberts farm house if your looking for a taste of quiet Dutch country living. Thanks Albert for such a great host.

We loved staying in Doesburg. It's a quaint little town that has everything you need, located in a beautiful area. The cats and chickens were quite accepting of our presence, and the suite was cheerful and bright. We hope we have the opportunity to stay here again.

Anneke and Henk have a beautiful place. The room is clean and spacious and it feels like you're sleeping in a little museum - many of the things in the room are for sale. You'll feel right at home. The breakfast is amazing: fresh bread, lots of biological products and even the fridge was filled with delicious products. The sun peeks through the windows while having breakfast and you can listen to relaxing music while having your meal. Anneke and Henk placed a crib in the room for our son and they provided a high chair as well. We would definitely recommend this place!

What if you want to experience once real and genuine hospitality, then you must go to Anneke. What a lovely hostess, and what a lovely place. You have heaps of room with a private shower and toilet and lots of privacy. I was not bored. There is so much to see and her taste for atmosphere is unprecedented. Add to that her children, her garden, chickens, dogs and cats and you have a top stay. And let's not forget breakfast. Everything has been thought. Thanks Anneke, I like to come back!

Anneke (and her family) is a very nice, genuinely welcoming. The room is exactly as you see in the photos, authentically decorated and spacious. Lovely shower, small fridge, very fine. Around it is the spacious garden which include walking around a few chickens and you always sit somewhere in the sun. You notice nothing of the road at the front. Anneke can tell you everything about Doesburg and surroundings and there is all kinds of information. She finds it clearly like to receive guests, interested, himself a lot of stories and does just that "extra mile" (for example, take a book from the thrift store for you over a topic in which you're doing and you together a conversation was about, so nice). Involved but not intrusive. We (and girlfriend and myself) came for three days Mañana Mañana festival in Hummelo and that was great but staying at Anneke made it complete. Definitely worth repeating and therefore recommended.

Fantastic entertaining space, spacious, tastefully decorated, fully equipped, use breakfast in the time in the room. Private access from the road. Located right at the center of Doesburg. Ideal location for excursions in all directions. Very friendly host and hostess. Really recommended!

We were welcomed by Aljo parents who are lovely. They prepared an apple pie, a very nice touch. The house is exactly like the pictures, it lacks nothing and it's very clean. The neighborhood is quiet, the shops easily accessible. A very good place that I recommend!

We came in with the smell of freshly baked apple pie, delicious! The house is very spacious with a nice deep garden. The children found it a beautiful and child-friendly house, so with a family in this house is definitely recommended! Easy bike or walk to the bakery and supermarket. Beautiful walking and cycling environment, both in Germany and in the Netherlands. Hans and Annie are fine hosts, they live nearby and have a real holiday where everything is in, we did not miss anything and everything felt very clean. Thanks for a nice time in Elten!

Annie and Hans were really lovely and provided us a good stay. They were willing to help as much as possible. Unfortunately, one could not fix the temperature of the upper bedrooms. There's no real heating upstairs, so I can recommend those rooms only for warmer periods. It is the house's first winter as a guest house and I'm hoping, mould is not getting a bigger issue with those temperatures. The shower is ice-cold every now and again, then burning hot, on some other mornings just perfect. The downstairs rooms are really cozy and recommendable.

What a warm welcome by Hans in the beautiful holiday. We could go earlier than 15:00. Very nice! As the description is all present in the house to cook extensively and enjoy the beautiful garden with pumpkins. In addition, the bedrooms are spacious and the bathroom is modern and well. The garden is also suitable for children through the swing and slide. We enjoyed the homemade apple cake. When handing over the keys we have chatted with Annie. We will be the river, the house was caused by the downpour remember ... it seemed like the Rhine. It should not be raining harder else had many basements flooded! Nearby are good and affordable restaurants. Our recommendation is Ratsstuben Elten - Winkelmann. Real German atmosphere, varied menu (including schnitzels, stews, fish) and you can still buy an ice cream for under 2.50 euros. In short, a must! For future guests enjoy this lovely home and surroundings (Zeddam Hoch Elten with cycling and walking)

A very fine net thoroughly renovated house, modern, cozy and tastefully decorated. Fully equipped and free wifi. You can get cheap breakfast at the bakery at 3 minutes walk from the market square of Elten. Beautiful alternating cycling and hiking nearby (Montferland). Good beds, very clean bathroom and sat-tv / dvd, etc. We received a warm reception from the very helpful owners. Highly recommended!

Wij zijn de eerste die bij Sandra en Thijs mochten verblijven. Het was een super mooi huisje met luxe badkamer incl. bad, volledige keuken en ruime woonkamer. Voorzieningen als een supermarkt op loopafstand en voldoende wandelmogelijkheden. We voelden ons samen met onze hond heel erg welkom.

Krista is heel erg gastvrij en gezellig. Had meer het gevoel dat ik bij een bekende logeerde dan dat ik bij iemand een kamer huurde voor de nacht.

I had the most amazing time in this wonderful b&b! The hosts know perfectly how to reach the balance between hospitality and giving their guests privacy, the breakfasts are simply delicious (I felt so spoiled! :)), the surroundings - amazing. My stay here could not have been better! Nico and Marianne are so helpful and friendly and even picked me up from the train station when i arrived to make things easier for me. the accommodation is in a beautiful country setting and is also just 10 minutes from doetinham town or wehl train station. the accommodation itself is a entire house with Nico and Marianne living next door, the house has a fully equipped kitchen and lovely dining and lounge area, there are a few bedrooms in the house but during my stay i was the only guest and so had the entire place to myself. the room i stayed in was very nice and was supplied with fresh towels and toiletries too which was also nice. Nico and Marianne are extremely friendly and accommodating and asked if i would like breakfast and at what time would be best for me, the breakfast was a wonderful large selection of eggs,bacon,bread,coffee,tea,muesli,yogurt and even a fruit platter. Nico and Marianne are great hosts and i would be more than happy to stay there again and can recommend them and the b&b highly.

We had a great time at Linda and Hans little house and found everything we needed. The house has a big and fully equiped kitchen, a cosy livingroom with a modern tv set and a comfortable bedroom. There even is a whirlpool in the bathroom! The sorounding region ist rural and calm, very near to the river rhine and a big recreational area with a big lake.

Hans en Linda zijn enorm gastvrij, en in het huisje is werkelijk aan alles gedacht. Hier word je echt in de watten gelegd. Ook voor de honden is het een ideaal plekje, de afgesloten terrassen zorgen dat ze toch lekker buiten kunnen rondlopen. Echt een aanrader!

Marjon's house is as described by the pictures posted in. It's really suitable for a family of 4. The house is clean and every thing is handy, we felt at home quickly. It's well located: shops and restaurants around. And it's in a quiet neighbourhood. And if we have the chance to go back there one day, we'll do it eyes closed!!

Note with heartfelt welcome desire and bottle of Rioja. Home is 2 under 1 roof that is exposed on 3 sides in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of extra space: garage and barn. Comfortable and cozy furnishings. Ideal kitchen: good technical equipment: dishwasher, fridge and freezer, all required kitchen helpers, good hot stove (gas). Audio-visual resources requires some patience, but eventually succeeds. Setting works well with: grocery store and bus stop around the corner. Good starting point for hiking and cycling.
