We had a lovely stay at Pauline’s place. It has everything you need and more. A beautiful apartment with beautiful surrounding views. A great location close by to the main beautiful sights. Pauline is very friendly and accommodating, we felt really at home during our stay. Thank you for all of your kindness!

We really enjoyed our stay with Pauline. The house is perfect for four people. It is so cozy there and totally clean, bright and great furnishings. We really felt very comfortable. The direct view of the Morne Mountains is really fantastic ... You have everything you need there :) We would love to come back!

Pauline’s place has stunning views that seem to change every time you look. It’s beautiful. The accommodation perfectly suited our small family and Pauline made sure our baby had a travel cot to sleep in. We were blown away by the amount of provisions we found on arrival - not just eggs, bread, milk and coffee but all the shampoos, deodorants, hair gels and shower cream you could need. The beds were really comfortable. As for location- as well as having the Mourne Mountains on your back garden, the beautiful Murlough Beach and stunning Silent Valley are short drives away. We will definitely be back.

Great location. On site secure parking, clean and quite apartment, bed really comfortable so much so it was a wrench getting out in the morning as it was so lovely. Although we did not meet David personally he was very attentive and replied to messages very quickly. We would stay here again.

This wee cottage is perfect for one or two people. It is right on the sea! The cottage itself has loads of lovely touches to let you know your on the beach. Alice was very nice and available as needed!

Beautiful little cottage, small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two single beds were a god send, no fighting over duvets or pillows with my other half, although be careful of the beam, I walked into it at least twice. Would definitely stay again!

100% recommend booking with Alice ! We had everything we needed for a weeks holiday pre-baby arriving to refresh us. Really comfy beds and all the amenities you need for a self catering break, it’s a stunning location too (we enjoyed watching the sun set every night) and Alice was always on hand as needed offering tips and checking how we were, which made our stay even easier. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

Had a great week here. The cottage adjoins the main farmhouse but is fully self-contained, with parking in the yard just outside the door. It's compact and cosy, decorated in a country style including some interesting-looking old farm equipment. Everything was clean and worked perfectly, and the kitchen/bathroom were well stocked (including various things I'd forgotten to bring). There are two double bedrooms connected by a staircase. The location is within easy driving distance of Downpatrick and Strangford. Adam is a great host and responded instantly to all messages. An excellent base for sightseeing in the Downpatrick area.

Cosy, homely charm in a good location for visiting the local coastal towns and villages. Although on a busy junction this didn't disturb us and we happily recommend Quoile Cottage for its amenities and comfort for two.

The small house of Adam is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need to feel good. We also had a very nice host with Adam. Also ample information material is intended, because the closer and further environment has much to offer. We can only recommend this accommodation.

What a gem, me and my husband found the location perfect 5 mins out side lisburn 20 mins in to Belfast City, Sam the dog was always excited, an amazing bath to relax in after a long day, will definitely come back next time we're up

We really enjoyed staying on a farm seeing all the animals and kicking a ball with Sam, the lovely friendly dog. The cottage is well appointed and spotlessly clean.

We stayed in one bedroom cottage. It had own bathroom with bath and separate shower. The house has all we needed for relaxing stay. Biggest highlight was the dog, Sammy. He loves to play football.

Laurie's place was most welcoming and clean. A very cosy room with a great view of the Mourne mountains. Laurie was a most attentive host! Looking forward to returning here...thanks!

Laurie’s place is absolutely adorable. It’s cozy, has its own touch and it’s perfect to relax from all the trouble that you usually face. Laurie is super nice and can give you advices for day trips, busses, pubs just anything. She made me feel as if I was at home. Private room in house. Ideal location in Castlewellan. Lovely views, 10 minute walk to town with Castlewellan and Tolymore Forrest parks a 5 minute drive away. Excellent communication and great value.

Caroline's place is the perfect place to get away and unwind, while still being within short walking distance of the main town of Portaferry. The place is spacious, clean and has all the amenities you could need. The view over the lough is extraordinary...we even spotted a few dolphins on the last morning!

The Boathouse is gorgeous, a stunning building! The lounge-kitchen is spacious and looks straight onto the Lough which was gorgeous at every hour of the day! Evenings were spent on the deck with my book, some wine and sunsets! So peaceful! I can’t wait to go back!!

Fabulous boathouse, high quality and immaculate. Lovely warm and cosy environment with lots of hot water and comfortable bed. Absolutely amazing location exactly as the picture shows. Full of little touches, lots of local information. Books and DVDs to use. Looking forward to a return trip.

Perfect location on the edge of town with incredible views from the living room over the lough. Very comfortable accommodation and beds! Although we were only there a few nights if we'd stayed longer there was everything you'd need for cooking. Would certainly recommend and would love to stay again. Thank you!

The Boathouse is so cosy idyllic setting, spectacular views of strangford lough.Portaferry is very picturesque ,with friendly people. We visited Exploris aquarium which was spectacular and would recommend for adults and kids.We also had drinks and ate in Portaferry hotel.The food was tasty and reasonably priced.The ferry to Strangford is very cheap and is worth doing. Caroline responded very quickly to booking and was very hospitable leaving us wheaten,milk and butter. Highly recommend the boathouse if you are looking for relaxation and lovely views

This charming boathouse provided an exceptional venue for our stay in Portaferry. The property is charming, smart, and provides breathtaking views in an ideal location—at the end of the main thoroughfare where traffic was minimal, but town and the ferry were only a short walk up the Shore Road. Our host Caroline delivered the highest quality service, from communications and instructions to the gracious supply of staples the kitchen was stocked with when we arrived, every aspect of our stay delivered beyond expectations. We hope to visit again!

Amazing views and perfect location. We had a fab trip in The Boathouse. Comfortable beds and everything we could have needed. Thanks so much for the welcome scones. Gayle’s house is in a very nice location. The room and the house were very clean and we were provided with everything we needed, including local tips for good food! Communication was very good and easy.

Gayle and Christian were helpful (even though we were running late on check in and were holding them up from their dinner plans, Gayle helped us with restaurant suggestions and even called ahead to make a booking) and friendly. The bed was comfortable (very important for me!) and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

I stayed a week at Gayle's place. The view from the ensuite is stunning. Gayle and her family are really nice people, easy to talk to, and they are helpful and know the area very well. The bed is really comfy and it's really really clean. I was struggling for a place to stay before finding a long term accommodation (for my internship) and I was very welcomed to stay and book a few other nights there. Dundrum is a quiet village, and it's easy to get to Newcastle and visit the Mournes. I would definitely stay at Gayle's place again, it felt like home and enlighted my trip! Thank you very much :)

Lewis’s Pebble Pod is a beautiful place to stay! The Pods are cosy and the kitchenette is well equipped, the complimentary Prosecco is a lovely touch too :) Having your own private jacuzzi is great and we actually prefer this to a night away at a resort like the Galgorm! Lewis was also very quick at responding to any queries we had and made a good takeaway recommendation (Killyleagh Catch) that we were able to collect on our way to the Pod and bring with us as it was only about 10 minutes away. Will 100% stay here again

Not one bad thing to say about our stay at the pebble pods. From prosecco on arrival, marshmallows for toasting at the fire pit, the cosiest pod and amazing hot tub we did not want to leave. Highly recommend!

An absolute 5 Star stay! Where do we begin?! We had an unbelievable stay at Lewis’ Pebble Pods. With yellow weather warnings for wind and rain communicated just days before our stay, we were apprehensive about whether we would get blown away or be warm enough. Our worries instantly disappeared the second we stepped inside the pod, which was insulated and extremely cosy. Upon arrival, Lewis greeted us with a bottle of prosecco and lots of recommendations about where to eat and what to do. After check in, we immediately jumped into the jacuzzi, overlooking the calm and serene lough. After a spin on a few kayaks, we walked along Ringhaddy road and it’s surrounding areas, soaking up the stunning country views, before heading back to the pods where Lewis had kindly lit the fire-pit and provided marshmallows for us to melt. The male and female shower and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and Lewis had left soap, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner for us to use. Our pod was complete with bathrobes, towels, a hairdryer, plenty of sockets, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, a fridge, microwave and a mini kitchenette. The location was extremely private with stunning Lough views that were illuminated by starry night skies and we can’t wait to come back again soon. Thanks Lewis!

I would definitely recommend pebble pods, Lewis was a fantastic host, met us on arrival and had everything set up and ready to go, with a bottle of prosecco to get us started. He wasn't intrusive and let us do our own thing, he lit the fire in the evening and left some marshmellows in the room that we could toast. The place was clean and quiet, the hot tub and sauna were amazing especially during the cold evening.

We had a great weekend. Each pod is so private and the hot tub under the stars was super relaxing.

This is a lovely little log cabin that is just perfect for a cosy getaway. It was beautifully located, with the sea on one side of you and the Mourne mountains on the other. It's only a 5/10 minute walk to the lovely restaurants and pubs in Dundrum and about a 10/15 minute drive to Murlough Bay or the beautiful Mourne mountains. The cabin is warm and cosy and has everything you would need. Fionnuala was always very quick at responding and left us great tips of what we could do during our stay. I would definitely love to come back here again!

We loved our stay in the cabin, it was warm and cosy even with a big storm outside! It’s ideally located if you like to get out and about and explore scenic areas. The cabin had everything you’d need to cook/stay in on a wet evening. It’s also only a 5 mins walk to the nearest pub and the seafood bar has spectacular food! The blue bay cafe was lovely for some brunch too! Fionnuala was an excellent host! I’d definitely go back!

Myself and my girlfriend were delighted with the cabin. It is exactly what we wanted. It heats up in no time and the fire makes it very cosy. It had everything we needed. The shower in particular is fab! The location is also fab, within walking distance of Dundrum Village and there are beautiful walks in the area. We walked all the way from the cabin to Murlough and down the strand to Newcastle. The weather was perfect which helped a lot :) Fionnuala is a great host and I would highly recommend!

Dermot & Imelda’s place is located in a quiet village within short distance of many local attractions. Room itself was very cozy with lots of space and sparkling clean. In short – very good value. Dermot and Imelda are also very kind which makes staying at their place a great choice.

Loved staying in this unique little pink gate lodge, amazing being able to have the dog with me. Really warm welcome. With a super sweet welcome basket, filled with very generous bits. Loved by all, extremely thoughtful. Fuel for the fire also was left to use which was greatly appreciated. The location is just wonderful, especially with it's own private gate into the forest itself. Super cozy with everything you need for a relaxing gate away. Thank you Angela for sharing your beautiful little pink gate lodge for us all to enjoy x

This is our family’s second time at the cottage and it never disappoints.... all the finishing touches are just lovely. We love it as the cottage seems worlds away from the everyday hustle.... light the fire.. grab a board game and let the memories happen. Can’t wait to get back down when the weather is good to enjoy the cottage garden..

Exquisite house in a stunning location. We used this as a base for a reunion for a group of 10 adults and 3 under 2s and it was perfect. The hot tub and heated floors were a cosy touch which we really appreciated after a long walk. The dining table was a bit cramped if we all wanted to eat together but otherwise space wasn't an issue.

We stayed with a group of friends after a wedding nearby. A stunning house, highly finished with everything you need for a stay. Wish we had booked it for longer! Close to Newcastle and castlewellan for beautiful walks and tasty food! Would highly recommend.

This place was amazing. We were in Ireland for a week and this was the last place we stayed. It blew the others away. We didnt want to leave. Very clean. The heated floors came in handy as the weather was a bit cold. The hot tub was an added bonus. Amazing home. Will definately recommend it to everyone who visits the area.

The Barn is really a beautiful place to stay. It is exactly as described. Everywhere you look there are lovely little details. The headroom over the bed was lower than I'd expected (I was aware that you needed to duck), but it wasn't a problem for either of us. The loction is very peaceful and quiet, just what we needed. However there wasn't much choice of places to eat out close by. We were there over the bank holiday weekend, and we found that most places were closed. Other than this it was perfect.

Travelling from the USA, we found Nicola's cottage on AirBnB as we were going to be attending a wedding in nearby Ballynahinch. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much - 5 days. The barn was cozy and comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful. Nicola's road is dotted with gorgeous homes, church and landscapes - the cutest cows - even a distillery. Should we ever find ourselves in this area of Northern Ireland again, we would not hesitate to stay in Nicola's cottage again.

You cannot understate how beautiful this house is, and what a lovely place it is to stay. We enjoyed staying here so much, and would happily stay here again. Nicola responds very quickly, and was an excellent host. All I can say is that you should definitely stay here for a unique and beautiful experience.

The Loft is a cosy retreat that you can feel at home in at the end of your day sightseeing or hillwalking. Bryan and Catherine are considerate hosts and will give you as much or as little attention as you require.

We stayed on a stormy winters weekend, was warm and cosy inside. We were welcomed by the hosts, they where warm and welcoming. Out the back door is a walk up 2 bloody Bridge, a 5 minute drive to Newcastle.

Lovely, cosy loft. Didn’t feel like we were connected to the main house at all and felt very private. On arrival Catherine was so warm and very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and best routes to take on our journey up the mournes the following day. The room was warm on arrival and they even had milk, coffee, tea and cereal for us to use (we have went to places before with none of these things available so this was a nice touch) stunning views - the sea to the front of the house and the mournes to the back. Also great location, only a 1 minute drive in Newcastle town. Would come back here in heartbeat. Thanks guys :)

Great apartment in centre of Newcastle. We were over for a family occasion and did not spend as much time in the apartment as we would have liked but we will return again. Very comfortable, great views of life passing by on main street and nice and quiet too with the bedroom at the back. Very funny watching all the kids rubber necking the ice cream parlour below. Very nice of the hosts to provide a welcome pack, that included local bread, butter, jam and milk. Stylish, comfortable apartment with all mod cons. Siblings, who were staying in two local well known hotels had a look around, were impressed and may well book up in future.

What a wonderful stay, from the little personal touches like welcome pack and flowers were much appreciated to having everything catered for including dvd, games etc. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves walking, there are numerous scenic walks nearby like the granite trail which runs behind the property. The sea views are beautiful and it’s set in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. There is a path a short distance from the house to a couple of local pubs with great craic and local musicians. If you are looking for a warm and welcoming home from home place to stay I would highly recommend Ivy Cottage.

We had a lovely short stay at Christine’s place and definitely intend to return! Cottage was love, spacious and really well equipped with plenty of toys to amuse a 3 year old and a 1 year old. Christine made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay!

The place is spacious. There is a couch and tv in kitchen. All the things you would need in a home we’re available. Games and toys for kids. The outside space was great because the dogs were fenced in and safe. The bedrooms were perfect and nicely decorated. Another couch and two big cozy chairs in living room. The house was nice and warm.

Very comfortable, traditional cottage overlooking the bay. Perfect for a romantic weekend, particularly as it was so stormy when we visited. 5 minute walk to two very nice pubs also.

Christine's cottage was a charming stay, with a bit of natural beauty surrounding the area! The place has everything one could ask for and then some. Not to mention the people of Newcastle were some of the nicest I had met on my journey through Ireland and Northern Ireland (which is saying something). A place I would definitely like to make arrangements for in the future when I'm back in this part of the world!

My partner and I stayed in Janet's apartment for 1 night before having to cut our trip to Dundrum short due to a government enforced lockdown, however, we made the most of our overnight stay and can safely say we had a fantastic experience nonetheless. The apartment is beautifully decorated and with a stunning view overlooking Dundrum Bay - exactly how it appears in the pictures on the advert. Janet was very communicative to our inquiries and needs and made us feel at home the minute we arrived with a complimentary bottle of wine and personalised note. The views from the apartment are amazing, we had lovely weather however the views would be enjoyable in any weather from lovely sunny days to stormy winter days! The apartment is lovely, very tastefully decorated and has everything you would need from towels to utensils plates etc you literally don't need to take anything with you only food and drink. Janet was great from the start, very clear with her communication and always prompt with responses. We had a fabulous stay, would visit again soon and would recommend anyone to book. Dundrum is a beautiful location, Murlough Beach is amazing aswell as the sites around Dundrum, Newcastle & Slieve Donard

This was our 2nd stay in Janet’s place and it was as as great this time round, as last! Our stay this time has coincided with everything shutting down due to Covid-19 which, in a different apartment, might have been an issue. However Janet’s apartment is equipped pretty much to the standard of a home, so cooking meals was no problem, thankfully! For anyone due to stay during the restrictions, Mourne Seafood and the chip shop opposite, Bayside Catch, both remain open for takeaway, but nowhere is open to eat in. Both small local supermarkets have remained well stocked with basics too (well we never had an issue) Tesco and Supervalue in Newcastle also continued to have all we needed. The best advice I can leave though is to forget all about that and just enjoy the stunning views you will have with this apartment....social distancing is no problem here!!

Janet's condo is absolutely gorgeous. The location was perfect for us to relax and enjoy the scenery. The local grocery store was within walking distance as well as a few local restaurants and pubs. The bus stop was just a short 5 minute walk from Janet's condo and a hour ride to Belfast. The locals and Dundrum for very kind and helpful to us. Janet was also very helpful with providing prompt responses. Her condo was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Thank you Janet for sharing accommodations with us!

Elley's Place is the ideal location for couples wishing to explore Northern Ireland. Convenient to Belfast, Lisburn and surrounding areas . This little gem has everything a couple and one small pet could wish for. It is extremely clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Lesley has thought of everything, from the small but extremely efficient hair dryer to the quality coffee! Nothing is too much trouble for Lesley to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. We can highly recommend Elley's Place, we are looking forward to our next stay.

This is a superb place. Loads of lovely quirky touches. Lesley is a wonderful host. The kitchen is really well equipped as is the whole house. Really everything you need is here, as well as lots of thinks you didn't know you needed but are really useful. Lots of thought has been put into this place and it shows. The bnb absolutely lived up to expectations and is even more charming “in person” than the gorgeous photos show on the website. Jenifer and Bruce are very friendly and made us feel very welcome, and there were some lovely little touches (a vase of fresh daffodils on the table, and everything we would need for breakfast in the fridge and cupboard), which was very much appreciated. Beautiful surroundings too. Thank you both for a wonderful stay :)

The barn is just perfect, spotlessly clean, a beautiful welcoming space with everything you need. Jennifer had made us feel very welcome... the stove was lit, there were fresh flowers on the table and some supplies in the fridge for breakfast. It’s a real hidden gem, very peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it!

Our stay at Jenny and Bruce's was fantastic. We only stayed one night but we would have loved to stay longer. The space is really wonderful, so well designed. The wood burner was so toasty and the fresh butter, eggs and bread was a really lovely touch.

A beautiful gem snuggled in a haven of country living at its absolute best !! A stones throw from Michelin Starred restaurants. Short drives to enchanted forests, ancient sites and healing strolls by the Lough. Emma’s Place has the best of sparkling clean modern facilities cocooned in warm character features. Emma herself is also a “ little gem” of a young lady who is an absolute pleasure to chat to. Her golden Labradors and their golden cocker spaniel ‘cousin’ delighted us !! Enchanting retreat !!!

The perfect place to spend our last nights in Ireland. Emma was a friendly helpful host and nothing was too much trouble for her. The accomodation was amazing ... I would give it 6 stars. The decor was lovely and homely and the surroundings peaceful. The 2 dogs greeted us every morning and r dry time we arrived home ... they were gorgeous and loved the attention. Thank you so much for a perfect end to our tour around Ireland. Such a beautiful place in a beautiful country!

Emma’s place guarantees privacy, tranquil and very peaceful surroundings. The bed and pillows are very good, very spacious for 2 people, with huge and safe garden if you have small kids with you. We came to Ireland to play golf and we were absolutely delighted with the many golf courses nearby, all very high standard, very scenic too. We would highly recommend Emma’s place to family and very good friends.

Stayed here for a friends wedding. Good base to explore Northern Ireland from. Accommodation like a home from home with plenty of amenities, hairdryer, iron/ ironing board etc and even extras like hairspray for you to use. Bed super comfy. Set within lots of nice scenery. Emma very welcoming and helpful, even gave us a lift when she saw us walking down a country road to the reception venue in our wedding clothes which was very nice of her. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend

Just back from a 3 night stay with my mum at this beautiful, relaxing air b n b. Emma was an excellent host who gave us a lovely welcome and advised us on places to visit and restaurants to eat at during our stay. The cottage is very nicely decorated and very clean. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful location and is ideal for those looking for a retreat and close enough to visit lots of attractions in surrounding areas. We are looking forward to returning in the future. P.s Not forgetting the 2 adorable doggies!

My sisters and I had a great stay at Andy's place which is located within 20min drive to the various attractions like Tollymore Park and Mourne Mountains. The place was really beatiful and clean, and more spacious than I expected. It was a great 1 night stay.

This was the perfect place to stay for a quiet weekend away. The cottage is so cosy and quaint and my kids loved being next door to the sheep :) Such a peaceful place with only the sound of bleating when you open the door. The hosts were so warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise and having the fire lit for us too :) The cottage had everything we needed inside. We didn’t want to leave!

Absolutely spotless, toasty warm and plenty of space for a couple or small family. The views are truly unbelievable, views are constantly changing due to the clouds, and the loudest thing around the area is the occasional passing tractor bringing bales of hay to the fields. Blissful! This was our second visit to Cara Cottage which says it all, we had actually forgotten just how fresh the air is there! My partner was genuinely upset to be leaving. Thank you so much Mary, we will definitely be back as soon as possible :)

This gate lodge will take you back in time, in the best possible way! Honestly you won't get the chance to stay somewhere like this very often, but has all mod cons - Wi-Fi and sky TV. The location is amazing and we loved exploring the house. Communication was also great.

We had amazing time in the house. It's a historic building. Very authentic and like the old stylish decoration. Fully equipped and it's very near the GOT shooting site. Get everything we need.

Wonderful and unique house in a spectacular location, I would highly recommend staying!

WOW! second time and still full of surprises! Christmas had come to the house! with a full 7 ft fir tree lights garlands and even santa! A full log fire just finished it off! The house whisked us back in time to a magical place - immediately felt like home - the house was spotless with all the antique brass and glass shimmering in the tree lights. We took the christmas ferry and visited the aquarium, returned to mulled wine and mince pies at Strangford Christmas festival, relly IS beginning to feel a lot like christmas!!!........................ We will be returning

Superb house, great location if you want to see the castle of Castel Ward which is 5 minutes by car. But the ad is poorly written, if you want the house with all the rooms you have to add a supplement, the basic price is not for the whole house. If not, I advise

An excellent cabin, close to nature and away from face paced life. Nice to have no internet or phone signal and appreciate each other’s company, highly recommended!

Tracy welcomed us with a lit stove in the cabin. It's a lovely little spot for a place to relax, and enjoy the views and nearby areas. We would definately recommend!

Well this place is just a wee slice of heaven! We have stayed in it just this last weekend and had an absolute ball. The space is clean, beautifully laid out and with some fabulously quirky features like the tree trunks going up through the cabin and the beautiful rainbow fairy lights in the eves. There is everything you need as well as some really thoughtful touches - tea, coffee, Trivial Pursuit etc. and it has the most beautiful views up to the back wall of the forest park along with their two beautiful little Shetland ponies. The cabin is lovely and cosy so despite staying there during storm Jorge we were lovely and snug with the log burner heating the entire cabin and a few electric heaters if you felt the chill. Tracy and Jimmy were fabulous hosts, from Tracy's local knowledge, Jimmy offering us a lift into the town if we wanted to head out for a few toots and making sure we never ran out of logs to burn. I just still can't get over the fact that Jimmy built it and Tracy decorated it - well done. We will be back!

This is a lovely quiet place to go to to relax or to be close to Castlewellen, Newcastle, Dundrum. The wood burning stove kept the pace toasty and it has great kitchen facilities. The wee veranda was lovely to sit on even in the rain. Would have loved to stay for longer and would definitely like to go back. Lovely, friendly hosts as well. Thanks!

Really nice room and house. Gayle has cute two dogs. The room and bathroom are modern and clean. The breakfast was full of everything.

Gayle welcomes guests personally and puts everyone at ease. Spacious room, super comfortable bed. Bathroom with all products and shower with good pressure. If morning we were still entitled to a fantastic view from the bedroom window.

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment right on the beach in one of the most beautiful areas of Northern Ireland. The beds are NEW and the place is spotless - great seating areas, beautiful views, easy to find and most importantly, friendly and caring hosts. You know it is a good rental when the dish soap is FULL and there are lots of little extras like a huge TV and extra crisp linens. We even loved the soaps in the bathrooms! There is enough to do in the area that you could stay a week and still have more to see. Ciaran is a local guy with lots of insider tips as well. Internet was VERY strong, too. A great place and a great value!

Had the best time ever in Fitzys Bunker. This is one little gem, from walking along the beach (on your doorstep) to coming into a lovely warm cosy room with underfloor heating.Great size living area, large master bedroom with en-suite, second bedroom has two single beds, another shower toilet is an extra bonus. Ciaran & Donna are very welcoming, making us feel at home, baked us a lovely tasty loaf, oh my goodness it was scrumptious. Very clean, modern apartment.

This is a modern apartment with a lovely lay out and ideal location. The apartment is well looked after and everything was more than perfect. Lovely place to stay and lovely people. Will be staying again.

Less than an hour from Belfast and such a beautiful spot. So peaceful in a beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle! The "bunker" is an amazing space, really stylish and such a great sleep! Breakfast items in the fridge too which was a lovely touch! If you're looking complete peace and quiet or to play at the nearby golf course this is the place to book. Ciaran was on hand if we needed anything (but they had taken care of everything so well we didn't need to contact him!) I was only there for a night and didn't want to leave. Will be back again soon!

My husband and his friends stayed here for one night on a cycling trip. It was a perfect place for them, right on the beach, comfortable beds, DVD’s available and breakfast and food to help themselves. Ciaran and Donna were so welcoming and provided tips for the local golf club to get dinner that eve. They were delighted with their stay!

The accommodation was so beautiful and very close to se sea. The next town is within walking distance, maybe about 10 minutes away. Unfortunately there is no pavement. Donna & Ciaran even provided breakfast and coffee which we really appreciated :) We would definitely stay here again!

This place is ideal for a big group of people to celebrate an occasion. The hosts are so friendly and helpful for any questions you may have. The hot tub is a must as it is amazing and perfect even with irish weather! It's very spacious and has all the amenities you need for a weekend trip

Michael and Valerie are excellent hosts, with really good communication. We stayed here after our formal and had a great night. Would only say that because its a bit out of the way so theres no mobile service, but the hosts have wifi in the house thats really smooth and worked well for everyone there.

This little cottage is a perfect getaway. The hosts are such lovely people and so welcoming. We loved being able to roam the woods right next to the cottage with our dog and really enjoyed seeing the animals and trying the hens eggs!

Amazing place, the cottage is so cute and right in the middle of the farm so there were chickens right beside the windows! We had a great time and barely left the cottage and farm. Would 100% recommend this place 😊

Very well decorated with good access and amenities. Perfect base for hiking or exploring Newcastle. Bars and coffee shops literally outside the front door (although closed due to COVID restrictions). The best part of the apartment is the sea view from the front window!
