Fantastic apt on the sea. Great for morning walks. Really comfortable bed and a kitchen furnished with that is needed to make ones own food. But we loved going out to near by restaurants. Especially one called "vin on 20" A 10 minute walk. Jeremy was very helpful with dining ideas and making sure we were comfortable. We'd definitely go here again.

The apartment is perfectly located: a small beach just down from the residence, the city closed 5min walk from inside the city. The double bed is comfortable and practical as retractable. I had a great stay in the Julia housing. I was very well received despite the late hour, Julia and her family were quite reachable to answer my questions (1st rent on Airbnb). The accommodation was very well kept with access to clean clothes and necessities of food: perfect! nice and quiet area 2 minutes from a great beach and 10 minutes from downtown Concarneau (via a small beautiful wooded path). I can only recommend this accommodation, Julia thank you!

We were very well received in this studio. The host is attentive and the accommodation is clean and has all the amenities. We spend two days parfaitslogement's location. The only downside is that the balcony there is no view of the beach.

We will note just two small flat on the heat it did on the mezzanine in hot weather, and the water bottle a bit tight for 4 girls and a baby. That said, we recommend every 5 this accommodation, our host and the town of Concarneau to anyone wishing to rest, historical tours, culinary discoveries, sunbathing on the beach, bathing in water (for brave, but very nice): choice, there is something for everyone!

Good value for money

The accommodation is very well located near the closed city. Calm neighborhood. Only downside for us was defective gas oven.

Some difficulties for the address and get the keys but once in place it was OK. housing is close to the center of Concarneau.

Obtaining the key was a little tricky, but we managed! We did not have the directions, so had to find the flat from the picture on airbnb. The flat was clean and practical - it met our needs well. The whole experience went without problems.

Romain provides quick answers, and showed a real interest in making our stay enjoyable. The accommodation is right next to the price.

The apartment is outdated, and the sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping. However it is well located and the price is honest. No contact with the host, but no problem with Virginia who is responsible for the keys.

I don't know why Celia does not have 100+ positive reviews (other than the fact that Concarneau is a hidden gem of Brittany!) The studio is a perfect size, not too big but definitely not too small. The bed is so comfy, the shower is great and the terrace is perfect for the summertime. It is so close to the water and I suggest going for a run along the water, it's beautiful. Je ne connaissais absolument pas Concarneau et j'étais très chargé. La fille de Claire m'a proposé d'elle même de venir me prendre pour me déposer sur place. Le logement est mignon, rustique et la décoration originale. Attention peu être a l'isolation qui laisse a désiré, mais la chambre est équipée d'un radiateur mural et d'un petit chauffage électrique. Des couvertures en conséquence restent a disposition. Il m'a même été proposé d'utilisé la cheminée. On s'y sent comme le siècle dernier, ce qui m'a beaucoup plu ! Attention a utiliser la douche avec douceur au risque de tout casser. La situation géographique est parfaite! A deux pas de l'océan, du port et des commerces. Une belle région, une belle ville, une belle expérience! Merci beaucoup

Atypische Haus Claire ist wirklich schön! Der Preis ist unschlagbar und doch ist es nur wenige hundert Meter vom Meer entfernt. Das Dekor Künstler manchmal grün manchmal ist wirklich eine Veränderung der Landschaft. Wer will Luxus dieses Haus verzichtet für diejenigen, die mit wenig zufrieden sein mögen. Diese Rückkehr zu den Wurzeln ist perfekt :-)

Armelle is a perfect host! Available, she greeted us in the right mood to 23h when we would arrive around 22h. The house was heated and the beds made (including cot). Little touches we expected: some fruit and a delicious prunes the far !!! Armelle, gave us travel information including details of some pedestrian paths we have taken the next day for a nice walk along the peninsula. The house is consistent with the description and clean. Pedestrian trails 5 minutes walk and the old Concarneau 10 minutes (car and ferry crossing). Simply EXTRA !!!!!
