Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat

Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

Warm, light and airy study bedroom with en suite shower and toilet and it's own small kitchen area. The studio has a separate entrance, bike parking and lovely garden view. The huge desk becomes a bed without having to put away your work! Kitchen has a single induction hob, sink and fridge. Studio is fully equipped including all linen & towels supplied so suits overseas visitors. Change of linen and towels will be done weekly and a light clean.
