Close to the Dronne (500 m) for swimming, fishing or canoeing Charming cottage, former stone dryer, composed of 3 bedrooms, one of which is on one level with a double bed and a shower room + toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, another with a double bed + a single bed and a bathroom with toilet. Large living room with open kitchen, access to large terrace with magnificent views of the countryside. Private and enclosed garden.

You will enjoy staying here for its comfort and tranquillity, with its south-east-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not fenced). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

We are pleased to host you in our recently renovated barn, offering stunning views of the Dronne and the bridge mill, from where you can practice hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, angling, boat rides, swimming... Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.
