At Home in Madrid, Trendy Neighborhood, Sanitized

Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

Situated in an attractive late 19th Century building in the heart of Madrid. The studio -one room flat with kitchen and bathroom- is part of a house divided in two completely independent. Offering all modern amenities including air conditioner, equiped kitchen, full bathroom and confortable double bed. Wifi, TV, hair dryer, iron, kettle, coffe maker, bed sheets and towels. In summer time there is no laundry service available. Filltered water and all cleaning products used are ecological.

The studio, perfect for 2 people, is located in a 19th century Historic building in the same Puerta del Sol. It has a elevator, doorman and a large outdoor balcony. It is located next to Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, Almudena Cathedral and just minutes from the three museums: Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen Bornemisza and Mercado de San Miguel. The apartment is in an area restricted to traffic, only for the use of residents, so there is no noise and you can enjoy a pleasant sleep.

Lovely studio view Plaza Mayor

With its cozy interior, this studio is enough to make you feel right at home. Being close to the noteworthy sights makes it easy to see the centre of Madrid in a short period of time. The studio isn't the biggest but for a couple visiting for a few days it is more than enough. The only thing that has to be noted is that the bedroom is accessed by a ladder.

NO SELF CHECK IN, IMPERATIVE TO GIVE ARRIVAL TIMING. Beautiful and cozy old apartment in old style with balcony to Mayor square, beautiful views to the sunset, but quiet and spacious.
