West Barns annexe has mod cons such as a king size bed flat screen tv and it's own courtyard garden. Carbis Bay has to be one of the prettiest parts of Cornwall and on a glorious sunny day you could be mistaken for being abroad. Enjoy a day out exploring the many beautiful parts of Cornwall and come home to West Barns annexe to relax and unwind.

Perfect space for couples. One bedroom with king sized bed with the only shower room being en-suite to it. Can comfortably accommodates up to 2 extra people on the sofa bed in the living room (small double). With good local amenities, access into St Ives is really easy. Garden views with sea glimpses from the balcony. There are 3 or 4 steps to access. Parking for one car on the drive. Great location for St Ives. Pets considered at extra £20 per stay, cost to be applied separately.

Check in: 4pm, Check out: 10am. Kerensa is a lovely private annexe, in the heart of Carbis Bay, minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Kerensa is located on a peaceful, residential road and guests have sole use of the purpose built annexe, with private access, small garden patio and a designated driveway for parking one car. Owners, Karen and Brian, will happily provide suggestions for places to visit and dine, directions and help with any queries.

Around 40 mins walk along pretty coastal path, 5 minutes by road or take the short coastal train journey to St Ives. Local shop and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Bus and train stops close by to explore St Ives and the rest of Cornwall which have excellent beaches, art, history, eateries and countryside.

This is a little house in our garden it was completed in August 2020. It consists of an entrance, a bathroom/ toilet and a spacious room with small kitchen , dining table, daybed, wardrobe and chest of draws. There is a little private outside seating area; however the rest of the garden can also be used after discussion. The accommodation is for 2 people only.
