Violations of our house rules such as excessive noise, smoking inside, or extra guests will lead to a fine of $250, cancellation of your reservation, and your immediate removal from the property. This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway.
