Very nice studio completely renovated, vintage style, facing the port and the Hossegor canal. Beaches 5 minutes away, all shops nearby (restaurants, bakery downstairs, fish market opposite). Closed garage and bike room, elevator, 4th floor. Linens, dish towels and towels are provided. Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, induction stove, range hood and small appliances, TV, Wi-Fi, double bed, fans and radiators.

Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation. Very well-equipped outbuilding, less than 10 minutes from Capbreton beaches by bike. Bike path to the beaches. Leclerc Center is a 5-minute walk away, as well as the Capbreton market. No pets allowed. Out of respect for our neighbors, parties are not allowed. In order to benefit from a total disconnection, there is no Wi-Fi or television. Bike rental available on site (€10 per bike per day) NON-SMOKING accommodation.
