Mas Prats becomes a quiet corner, which invites you to rest and enjoy a unique rural environment located between the Costa Brava and the Gavarres. The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. An ideal choice for any time of the year.

A small house with a feeling of space surrounded by nature: a massive garden full of flowers and trees, flowing water, swimming pool, 2 terraces to enjoy breakfast with the morning sun, a languid lunch overlooking the garden and evening cocktail to celebrate the sunset. There is a master bedroom, a room with a bunkbed, a sofa bed in the living room. A great place to unwind, relax or to base a wider activity holiday: Less than 60 mins to Barcelona, Costa Brava beaches, Waterworld, mountain walks.

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Beautiful retreat to rest and explore.

Quiet space, perfect for relaxing or working. Comfortable chalet in Montnegre and near Montseny, completely renovated with a swimming pool in summer. There are walks to enjoy from the house and the sea is not far away. Sheltered by a hill, far from any pollution. The RENFE train stations and the highway are less than 10 minutes away by car. Free high-speed Wi-Fi. Spacious parking. Pets welcome. The accommodation has stairs, so it is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

A "movie" apartment

It is a loft-style apartment, private and cozy for you to enjoy alone. There are no other guests. A place with a lot of personality and charm in the middle of mountains and nature. It is located inside an emblematic house in the center of Estamariu, a beautiful village in the Catalan Pyrenees 20 minutes from Andorra. If you like big-screen cinema, you can enjoy your favorite film in its private cinema room, the seventh art in the center of a privileged rural setting.

Located in the heart of the Montseny Natural Park, Biosphere Reserve, with direct access to the Tordera River, which flows just below the house. 15 minutes from Montseny and 20 minutes from Sant Esteve de Palautordera. Nature, calm and disconnection.

La Guàrdia - El Molí

LA GUÀRDIA is an agricultural and forestry estate of 70 Ha, 45 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Girona. Close to the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park and the Montseny Biosphere Reserve. A time for disconnection, where everything is designed to have a certain idea of an ideal vacation: enjoy a space surrounded by fields, oak forests and dirt roads for walking.
