The 1-room apartment is on the 1st floor with a separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a lot more, offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, e.g. for 2 adults, with child. It is a newly renovated studio with lots of light. The studio is equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is lots of storage and there is a very bright lamp on the desk. There is a stereo. The flat is perfect for a weekend stay, fair guests or long-term guests. The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

There is a large double bed, a table for breakfast or the writing stuff, and if you want to stay longer you can store your belongings in a wardrobe.
