Facing south with a magnificent view of the entire champaur valley. 10 minutes from the Champsaur body of water and activities in the valley . The accommodation is composed of a separate sleeping area,with a 2-person bed. As well as 2 bunk beds. A kitchen living room with sofa that can be converted into a bed for 2 people. Accommodation completely redone.

My place is located in a small village in the Champsaur Valley, close to the Parc des Ecrins, the ski resorts and the St Julien body of water. Gap is a 15-minute drive and Lac de Serre-Ponçon 30 minutes. Our house is an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by an enclosed garden that contains children's games (trampoline, swings...). You will enjoy the calm of the neighborhood. All amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias...) are a 5-minute drive away.
