Our forest cottage is beautifully located on the edge of the Veluwe forest. Both hiking and cycling and equestrian trails are within immediate reach. The cottage is simple and sustainable. It is suitable for a couple possibly with children (one bedroom with double bed and bunk bed). There is internet, TV, refrigerator, oven, etc. Heating with a heat pump, a green roof, electricity via solar panels, clay floor and walls. Your dog can walk freely on a fenced property of 6,000 meters. You can bring your horse.

A Delicious Place

Apartment "a lovely spot" has a wood-burning stove as the main heating. So in the cold, you have to stoke it. Breakfast in the morning sun. The fridge is richly filled for breakfast, the sandwiches are served in the morning at the desired time. You sleep on the upper floor, which can be reached via a narrow spiral staircase. Perfect location for walks and bike rides through forests and nature reserves. Or a visit to the beautiful Hanseatic cities. Good restaurant, close by and in the village.

A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful to hike and bike or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
