Ideally it is so close to the station, easy to find. I immediately felt welcome by the atmosphere in the house. Anne herself is very cozy. Even though it was only one night, I had my first BnB experience can think of no better place.

Anne's place is easy to find despite I arrived late. It is just the same as the listing. It is tidy and clean. The neighborhood is quiet. But just a few minute walk you will arrive the station and everything is there. Anne is a very kind and easy going person. I felt warm during my 3-week stay in her home. Nice place and highly recommend for long stay!

I came to the end of the afternoon with Anne. She showed me the house and the room and familiarized where I could find anything. The house is within walking distance of the central station and the center of Breda. Ideal eg "savond's going out to eat and drink in the many restaurants nearby.

The stay at Michele was liked. The rooms were neat and clean. In addition, the breakfast was very tasty. Further, the housing has a good location with respect to the center.

Really lovely stay at Michele had. Simple, but nice room. Walking to downtown was a little, but we were allowed to use a bicycle Michele and her boyfriend. On request, breakfast on Sunday morning was very early for us. Super service!

Martijn being a friendly chap was a cool host and my first one to have as I have never had previous experience before with Airbnb. His house is not far from the city centre and there is a public transport service right on the doorsteps of his house, along with taxi's able to pick you up usually within 5 minutes of booking one. Room was clean, wifi fast, and the balcony came in handy when needing some fresh without having to leave the house at all. Thanks Martijn for a good stay.

This place was just such a beautiful location and quality accomodation to enjoy as a budget traveller. I was actually in town partially for work and it offers a very short walk into town group some beautiful small streets. Bart and his housemates are very courteous, clean and fun people who really make you feel welcome as a guest. Highly recommended! Also, give Breda an extra night than you might imagine! I stayed 2 nights and wish I'd stayed a third.

The room is spacious, very clean and very tastefully decorated. The host service exceeds all expectations; bikes were lent us plus a drawing of the cycle route to the city and good tips for a fun evening. The room and bathroom look good and cared for. You have a private parking space in front of the door, very convenient. Whatever summit, is that there is a fridge with drinks so you do not have to buy their own groceries. Kees is a nice guy and the reception is good!

Robbert is such a good host that I felt sorry I had to leave his home! I felt welcomed from the first minute. He really is kind, helpful and sympathetic. I was going to have a long stay and I was a bit worried, but now I am glad I found him. The flat is better that I thought it would be, all is new (kitchen, bathroom..), with a lot of light and a cozy bedroom for guest. It is also quite good located, in a quite zone but really close to the downtown and commercial area and the Valkenberg park, and there is a bus stop just a few steps away. Breda is a beautiful town, I truly loved being there and at Robbert's home.

Robbert is very friendly and makes you to be at ease all the space and silence. Most important of all for me was that I slept wonderfully well and deep (usually I sleep very badly located). Only I had what should better prepare the location for my GPS and cell phone did not work and I found it not so easy to find the good - hint: just about Robbert mail or inform yourself well.

We stayed at the studio apartment with our 6 mth old baby, a baby bed was even prepared, apt was clean, coffee, tea, kettle all prepared, its like a hotel. More thoughtful than hotel in fact. Water and milk for coffee were all prepared. It's like 2 mins walk to supermarket.. near to restaurants. Good location in Breda. We took a day trip to Amsterdam fr Breda, it's convenient.

Although the apartment is great and very confortable, It wasn't as close as I thought it would be from the central station. Since I used the train station everyday, this affected me a bit. Other than that, everything was great. A nice and quiet view from the balcony gave the apartment an extra too. Randy arranged with his parents to welcome me on check in and they were super gentil and helpful. I didn't met Randy in person but he was kind and polite. Thanks

For two nights I rented this apartment for my Spaane colleague. She has had a great stay at Heart Ginneken. A very beautiful and nice apartment, clean and equipped. The reception was good and friendly and they had a good stay. Definitely a must to book, especially considering the location and the price!

I really enjoyed the stay at Randy's place. We were welcomed with some Dutch beers and typical Stropwaffeln, a Dutch pastry. Communication was quick and the place is really beautiful

Althought we couldn't meet Randy because of the time scedules we had, and only saw his parents, we felt very welcome at the appartement. They made us really feelings as guests. The appartement is very comfortable, with a nice terrasse. The city is very cute and beautyfull. We were there only for 3 days but enjoyed every moment of it.

We had a great time at Randy's place! He was very easy to communicate with ahead of our arrival, and made us feel extremely welcome in his place. He even left us a bottle of wine and some typical Dutch treats! His apartment has all the amenities you would need for a short stay in Breda - fully equipped kitchen, computer you can use, TV with Netflix, and even a BBQ on his sunny terrace! And the bed is very comfortable! The location was perfect for us, right in the shopping street of the Ginneken neighborhood of Breda, with quite some cafés and restaurants just a few steps away. Walking distance to the center of Breda is about 20-30 min.

Wow what a crazy house! Ellen was incredibly welcoming and flexible. Truly a warm bath. Bath spoken, the bathroom is quite the bomd. Really relaxing! I was also impressed by the amazing floor and nice furniture, made very nice. Thanks Lieke we could go!

We had previously had a movie with a tour of the house and how we had to come in, quite ideal. The bathroom was great, lovely shower and bath great place to take a rest after walking through Breda. We relax in the living room movie looked in the evening and talking on the seat cushion which made for a lovely atmosphere. In short, great place to spend your time in Breda!

We were welcomed by a message in this beautiful loft in Breda. After booking we received via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) direct a small film with impression and a brief explanation of how we could get into the house. The property is spatially divided and is the perfect place to take a rest. The location is perfect! You stand with the bike in about 10 minutes right in the center of Breda. Also Mastbos only a few minutes by bike. The contact Lieke was top! Always reaction within no time. They also gave us some tips where we could eat well nearby. The house is equipped with an entertainment system that you can connect to your laptop to watch a movie and your phone can connect to music. Additionally, you can use the built-in fireplace. Good ingredients to come here for a weekend to rest so!

Xanne really went above and beyond as a hostess. Happy to have a friendly chat, she had a nice and thorough 'tour' of the room, facilities, etc.. She offered me a cup of coffee/tea upon arrival, and even offered me a ride in the morning, so I wouldn't have to take the public transit. As for the room itself: the bed is nice, with good quality matress and sheets. I wouldn't recommend anyone taller than ~2m staying here though, the bed is enclosed on 3 sides. The decoration is cosy, I really felt at ease throughout my stay. The only point of critique would be the location: it's about a 10min bus ride, followed by a 7-8min walk. I would definitely recommend staying here, even if the price would've been ~€15 higher than it currently is!

My visit was brief, just one night, but it was very quiet, exceptionally quiet for a neighborhood in a city. Along with a lovely bed and nice breakfast I could start the next leg of the ride.

After a warm welcome I was able delicious equipping a large dance congress in a beautiful room with a comfortable bed in a nice residential area. All neatly groomed with attention to small details. The next day, after a very good breakfast with pleasant company of Mineke I could continue to dance again .... Definitely recommended for a nice, well maintained B & B! And Mineke is a warm, open person and always up for a chat!

The host was very welcoming and friendly even we arrived 4 hours late in evening. The bed was cozy and show was near in upstairs, all we needed as we were busy going on a training we came up. Toilet was downstairs which was also ok for us. Dining room had a big table, nice to have a dinner with frieds. We got a key and we could come and go as we wished. Good extra was a small shopping centre near where we picked fresh bread from breakfast. Also location was perfect for us (check the map) as we did not need to go to downtown (old city). Rudy is the most welcoming host, and made his home our home. He even offered all sorts of food and drink, which was very kind of him. Due to feeling so welcome we had a wounderful time in the beautiful town Breda. His House is very close to the city center and plenty of parking spots are available. The room was cosy, the bed very comfy, we slept like a rock :) the house quaint and the interior design impressed us a lot.

Marie is one of the nicest, most friendly, respectful and caring people me and my friend have ever met. Due to studies in Breda, we have stayed at Marie's from late September, and are staying here until the end of January. You can tell by our long stay how much we like it here! Marie has made us feel right at home and that has been very nice for us since we have been away from our family and friends, in a new country, for such a long period. Marie is also a great chef and luckily for us, she loves to share her food with her guests. Especially when we are going through busy days at school she is happy to surprise us with a home baked chocolate tart, a smoothie or a fresh pressed juice! Marie has a sweet dog named Louie and a cat :) The house is very charming and big, and it is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Breda. If you are in need for nature and fresh air, you should check out the beautiful forrest that is just 5 min away from Marie's house. If you are visiting Breda and would like to stay in a welcoming home with the sweetest host there is, we would heartily recommend Marie's house! Sara and Therese

The home of Mary is very nice and very friendly. The breakfast she prepares is very good. She was very helpful in giving us information on trips we wanted to do and was even occupied the rental of our bikes. His house is in a very nice area and has lots of charm.

Marie's house has been perfect for our visit at Breda. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The really nice city center of Breda is just a 10 min ride with the bike. Marie has been a great host for the whole family including our dog Erna.

Alwin was a great host; good communication before we arrived and friendly communication during our trip. The place was as described - great bedroom; light, airy and clean! Alwin had secure bike storage, clean bathroom/shower and very comfortable bed (which we needed after a days cycling from the Hague!) Very near to the city centre (5 minutes cycle), Alwin had great local knowledge and even made us a coffee in the morning before we departed! He allowed us use of the we'll equipped and clean kitchen for our evening meal. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!
