This newly renovated barn is nestled within the grounds of the listed Evegate Manor.
Situated in the heart of the Kentish countryside it offers easy access to London via Ashford international station, is just 10 mins drive from the Channel Tunnel and 25 mins from Dover. Canterbury is just 20 min away and offers a great nightlife with bars and restaurants. The barn has one double bedroom but also has a double bed settee within the living area. This would not be particularly comfortable for adults but would be fine for children or one adult. Guests have the opportunity to be completely independent within this property. There is a fully working modern kitchen within the barn with a convection hot plate, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a large American fridge freezer, breakfast is not provided. Unfortunately there is no washing machine or tumble dryer within the barn but there are facilities in another area that are available for use at a small additional cost. We are a very friendly and accommodating family and are happy to make our guests part of the family. Any help or advice whilst you are here is no problem to us. The area we live in is very rural but is still within easy reach of towns and city's. London is just 37 mins away if you chose to use he high speed rail like from Ashford.

  • Couldn't recommend this place any more if I tried. We went here for my partners 21st for a quiet night away, prior to my visit I messaged Larissa asking of she could decorate the place and j would transfer the money. It was as if nothing was a problem for them, we arrived to a beautifully clean and decorated cottage with a bottle of prosecco and a cake! Everything we could have needed was there aside from dinner! Even down to the last bit of cotton buds and razors! Breakfast was provided as was a s small snack hamper. Hosts are very attentive and answer messages and are so helpful so quickly. Honestly, a fantastic experience and would happily return!

  • Awesome property and location, friendly owner with various farm animals and cats. Brilliant it’s dog friendly but they must be kept on lead when outside for obvious reasons. An amazing stay.

    Paul2020-02-06T00:00:00Z
  • Both my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Larissa is a very thoughtful host and the location was perfect if you want a quiet weekend away. Would definitely recommend and we already want to go back for a longer stay.

  • Everything about Vivienne’s place was amazing, much better than we expected. 5* for hospitality and the kindness. The host Vivienne is a genuine person who does her upmost to ensure you enjoy your stay. Enzo her dog is the cutest and most friendly who adores all other dogs and it’s so calming to wake up to the free roaming chickens. Remote location, romantic and loads to do in the surrounding areas (if you like to walk/have a dog etc). Even if you are looking for a quiet weekend away to just escape city life - it’s perfect. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back! :)

  • Lovely peaceful stay at the stables, just what we were hoping for! Cute cottage with amazing breakfast supplies and great communication with Vivienne. Thank you very much.

    Kristy2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • My dearest Vivienne, Many thanks for the great hospitality, and amazing chats! You have the kindest heart and your generosity shows on every single stay! I always feel welcome and leave well rested - always look forward to my next stay! Many thanks for everything!! Take good care of yourself!

    Sema2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • The perfect location for a cosy weekend in the country. Vivienne gave a very warm welcome and made us feel at home straight away. Our cockapoo loved playing with Enzo too. Very close to Rye (lovely old town with shops and cafes) and some lovely beaches for walks including Rye Harbour and Cambasands. Great pubs for a drink or relaxing meal nearby - the woolpack was a favourite, reasonably priced and excellent quality and service. Dogs allowed too! Vivienne very kindly provides breakfast options and other treats which is such lovely touch. We also enjoyed watching the chickens (and master goose) running around the farm. 10/10 xx

    Lana2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • What an incredible place! The barn was warm and cosy with absolutely everything you could need and a fantastic breakfast spread thrown in that I wasn't expecting! The farm setting is gorgeous, Vivienne was super friendly and offered loads of helpful local tips and her crazy little puppy Enzo quickly became best mates with my crazy little puppy and they chased each other round the farm having a wonderful time! All this in a beautiful, unspoilt corner of the country, highly recommended!

    Jonny2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Had a brilliant weekend despite storm Dennis! The stable block was lovely, Vivienne was a very welcoming host and the village is beautiful. Definitely recommend to stay here, you won’t be disappointed! X

    Holly2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • A truly lovely space with so many thoughtful touches which was perfect for a relaxing stay. Our host Vivienne was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and her dog was the friendliest chap! We were there for the scary storm but felt very safe and cosy throughout. Will definitely return - I can imagine it's amazing in the summer.

Pendana Beech House is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty in a quiet rural lane at the foot of the North Downs, not far from the picturesque village of Wye.
The timber framed Beech House is self-contained and ancillary to the main house. It is set in rural Kent at the foot of the North Downs, yet it is still only a short drive from the Channel Tunnel and Ashford International train station. The accommodation comprises of a large comfortable living space with a wood burner, soft seating, a TV and high speed internet access. The one bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and has an ensuite shower and WC. The living room also has a comfortable 4' wide sofa bed, which would be suitable for two extra people. There is a designated breakfast area with a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave/grill which also serves as a small oven. There is also single ring counter top halogen induction hob. If you have a larger group we have comfortable double beds in the main house which you can request.
The cottage is within easy walking distance of the North Downs Way with beautiful scenic walks and on clear days stunning views across the channel to France. Wye village is 4 miles away with restaurants and pubs, as well as boutique shops and cafes. We are also fortunate to be in walking distance of some wonderful village pubs each with their own unique character. With a choice of walking distances varying from a 20 minute stroll to a two-hour hike, there is always a pub at the end! The coast too is within easy reach; the nearest beach being at Hythe and a little further on you reach the wind swept Romney Marshes and Camber Sands. The historic city of Canterbury is just a 20 minute drive away.

  • Katy and Brian's place truly deserves five stars all round: unique, peaceful, cozy, charismatic and ecologically friendly. With amazing hospitality to match. What more could you want? Literally, faultless. My girlfriend and I were able to completely relax; made possible by our hosts friendly, welcoming and helpful manner. We were bowled over and fell in love with the place. And can't wait to return. (Cracking Indian restaurant not far as well)

    Luke2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Our little girl likes to choose a tiny house for us to stay in every now and again. This time she chose Pendana. I’m so happy she did, we all had a wonderful time. It was easy to keep in contact with Katy leading up to our trip, and Brian was home to settle us in on arrival. Pendana is much bigger than it looks and is full of thoughtful touches. It was great!

    Kerry2020-02-22T00:00:00Z

  • We have just spent 2 nights of quality family time at Johns place. The proerty had everything we could have possibly needed and was very spacious. The hot tub was a welcome treat after a 10 mile walk. Its perfectly situated for the small railway and it was lovely to shop local in the small town without having to drive. We didn't get to meet our hosts but left us in friendly capable hands for check in and check out.

    Rebecca2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • This is a fantastic place. We stayed with our 18 month old daughter and there was lots in the house and garden to keep her entertained. Hot tub is brilliant. Recommend the New Romney mini railway train which is around the corner.

Take a long soak in a freestanding tub nestled behind an exposed brick wall in the master bedroom, curl up on the super comfy sofa, delve into the board game basket, enjoy the lovely bright living space, or cook up a storm in the well stocked kitchen. Wander through the lovely gardens and catch some rays on your very own sun terrace. For more images and recommendations check us out on instagram @the_oldbarn
You enjoy the whole cottage to yourselves - with your own front door so you can come and go as you please. There's free and very quick wifi accessible throughout. The large kitchen is equipped with most of the implements you'll need for your stay, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. The contents of the welcome hamper varies seasonally, but always includes fresh bread, butter, milk and lots of other delicious bits. The cupboards are stocked with cereals, tea, coffee, spreads and basic condiments. There's a big open plan dining and living space. With a super comfy sofa (please keep the dogs off though!), DVD player (with lots of things to watch) and free-sat TV (over 200 TV channels). There is a toddler high chair in the dining area but if you require one suitable for a younger child please ask and we will do our best to accommodate. There are two big kingsize double bedrooms, with an en-suite bathroom (WC, sink and shower) in both. The bigger bedroom also has a freestanding bath within the room for a luxurious soak. Towels, cosy robes and bubble bath provided. There's a lovely garden which you're welcome to enjoy during your stay (as is your dog), complete with a table and chairs to eat outside if the weather allows! If you do bring your dog however please pick up after them!
The Old Barn is situated in the lovely village of Great Chart with two fantastic pubs just a minutes walk away. It's surrounded by wonderful countryside, historic buildings, great shopping, brilliant beaches, great places to eat & vineyards aplenty.
  • A great weekend escape! The Old Barn is stunning and the experience is made with lots of thoughtful touches. Charlie is super friendly, responsive and nothing was too much bother to accommodate us all (two couples, two 19 month old babies and a small dog). Thank you, Charlie! We loved the beautiful finish of the barn - high quality, stylish and comfortable. Although the barn is part of the house, it feels very private. Lovely walks in the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend.

    Anamaria2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Loved Chart Cottage. Charlie has really gone the extra mile to make this the perfect AirBnB with her great service, warm welcome and stylish decor. It was a really cozy spot to have a nice relaxed weekend. My girlfriend took loads of pictures of the interior for inspiration! Thanks for having us Charlie!

    Jon2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent

    Brian2020-02-05T00:00:00Z
  • What can I say? Everything about the experience was spot on. Charlie is such a lovely host, from the minute I got in contact with her, she has been fab at communicating and always so helpful. Check in instructions were detailed and spot on, check in was a piece of cake. She left a lovely welcome basket for us. The place itself is just awesome. So comfortable and stylish...country chic, with loads of personal and well thought out touches. It was so comfortable in fact that we barely left lol! We loved meeting her, and she went out of her way to help us out with any and every question we had. Again check out was simple, and when I left an item behind, she was happy to post it back. This was my fave airbnb experience to date. Thanks Charlie!

  • We were looking for somewhere we could kick back for a proper old-fashioned lazy weekend and The Old Barn ticked all the boxes. It is beautiful house set in quiet grounds in a quiet village. The added bonus was not one but two pubs 2 minutes walk from the front door which meant no cooking was required! The house was warm and inviting, exceptionally well appointed and had thoughtful touches such as blankets to wrap around you in the lounge, charging cables if you'd forgotten yours, an array for books, board games and DVDs to keep you entertained. Even my teenage boys had a great time and neither of them complained once about "but there's no PS4 to play on" or asked when we were going home! The Old Barn was absolutely spotless and if we had chosen to explore further afield there was a wealth of information provided on where to visit, eat and find other entertainment. Charlie is such a lovely host and touched base to make sure we had everything. Check in and out was seamless. I would definitely return and am plotting to spend my birthday there!

    Becky2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • My three friends and I stayed here for a weekend as a mini baby shower. The cottage was beautifully decorated with little notes everywhere and literally everything you could ever need! Charlie said I could put up some little decorations like banners etc (no tape or blue tac which was completely understandable). We had lots of great recommendations and ideas of things to do over the weekend so were not left bored. I would highly recommend staying here and will 100% be back. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Poppy2020-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • The perfect getaway. This cottage is divine. Charlie has thought of every possible little thing that you could need or want. It is so lovely and homely. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you

  • Had a wonderful couple of nights at Vivienne’s place. Lovely and relaxing and so peaceful. Enzo the dog was a joy too. Lots of lovely touches and plenty of bits for breakfast and snacks. Weill definitely return

  • Thank you! This hut was a lovely little retreat to recharge our batteries with the fresh country air. We felt so comfortable and relaxed we could just sit in bed and read all day and let the time pass by. We did pop out for a little walk and there are lots of routes nearby but you need a good map and sense of direction as they're not well used. The hut is lovely, very warm, super warm and comfortable bed (want that bed at home) and the food supplied is amazing. Really spoilt for choice. Thank you so much for stocking up for us. We really loved being in the hut during the wind and the rain, felt really relaxed and comforting hearing the rain on the windows. Enzo is a very friendly and lovable dog with alot of energy who you'll also see around the farm, our dog liquorice who is a bit older got on fine with him.

  • Wow, what a lovely charming, beautiful, relaxing, rustic, characteristic cabin. I loved it and i will return .

    Geoff2020-01-08T00:00:00Z
  • This place is 10/10, Vivienne has added every little touch you could imagine to the cabin, the breakfast was there and it was great! The recommendations for places to eat were spot on. We really did have a lovely time! Thankyou! I read some of the reviews about things being dated and was slightly concerned but everything was working fine for us and there was more than enough kit for the size of the cabin, and it wasn’t all in the way which made the place really cosy! Oh yes - do not worry about the cold outside - it’s nice and toasty in there! If you have a doggo again you’re catered for with the field off the back being fenced off they can run around until their legs can’t go any more (the torch supplied was a godsend for this) and plenty of footpaths nearby too!

  • Would recommend to anyone, beautiful little annex with all the personal touches you could want, host was so helpful and attentive. In the country side so lovely and peaceful but close enough to big towns with lots to do! Will certainly plan to go back.

  • Steve was a very accommodating and friendly host. This was an ideal location for us and was wonderfully quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking space was also great (it's nice when you can turn your car without having to constantly watch for traffic). Would definitely recommend this place and expect we'll be visiting again in the future!

A stunning room with lots of natural light, this is a lovely hideaway tucked up close to the centre of the village, in easy walking distance of the castle, bistro and pub. The room has been completely refurbished to a high standard with you very much in mind. An ensuite wet room completes this beautiful space.
Please come and go as you please. We are happy to provide pots of tea and in the process of adding a Nespresso machine within the room (suggest you bring your favourite pods if you are a coffee expert!).
The village is blessed with a fantastic bistro plus a friendly pub. Lots of people visit this immediate area due to the castle being an incredible wedding venue (including our own). Port Lympne Zoo is 5 minutes drive; is a fabulous place to visit plus another favourite for weddings. We are extremely accessible to the Eurotunnel (one junction away) so if you have an early morning train, we are very conveniently placed. At the base of Lympne Hill is The Hatch, selling craft beers including local Hop Fuzz Brewery. Very popular on a summer's evening.
  • Jayne's bedroom was really really nicely decorated, spotless and cosy. The bed and mattress were very comfortable too. Jayne and her partner are both friendly and welcoming and very responsive too which has been helpful ! I would definitely recommend this place!!

  • It is a magical place you really have to see. If for Carols charming positive warm manner, or the cute house with its beautiful interior giving you the feeling you are in a fairy tale, or simply the central location with every worth visiting sight just a stone through away – I assure you, you won’t regret to have come there. The place has a soul, a character of its own, which takes you out of the everyday into a reality where the clocks work different. You will know what I mean when you enter the house the first time and shake Carols hand. It’s an unforgettable experience.

  • I came for only a night stay and Maxine was very welcoming and kind! She showed me around so I was aware where things were as well as well leaving me a towel which is a nice gesture. The area was really good, not too far from all the main bits and the parking is free on the road! Would recommend! Amazing host!

Comfortable en-suite double bedroom with a luxurious king size memory foam mattress, access to kitchen & utility room downstairs. Off-street parking for a car or motorcycle. Beautiful quiet village with local pub just 2 minutes walk from the property. Also just 6.5 miles drive (or cycle) to the nearest beaches at St Mary’s Bay. Also on popular cycling routes across beautiful Romney Marsh, perfect for keen or casual cyclists, & walkers will love the surrounding countryside too. Enjoy!
Bilsington is a traditional & friendly Kentish village with a local pub, & many great walks, & rambles including the Royal Military Canal Walk which takes you to the pretty coastal town of Hythe. Nearby towns of note include historic Rye, Folkestone, Deal, Dover & Margate.
  • A stylish double bedroom with shower en suite in the pretty village of Bilsington just up from Romney Marsh. We stayed as part of a cycle tour of Kent and Piers was happy to store the bikes for us. We enjoyed breakfast and a chat in the morning and there is a pub serving food within walking distance. We would definitely recommend staying with Piers!

    Estelle2019-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed staying with Piers immensely. We really felt welcome, Piers showed us a lot is hospitality and the room was impeccably clean. He's a great guy, very pleasant to talk to and ready to give tips to anyone interesting in exploring the region. Just perfect!

  • Lovely airy room. Beautifully clean. Bedding a high standard. Nice roomy shower. Breakfast left for us even though we left early. Late arrival accommodated and good communication.

    Tracy2019-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • This was a lovely place to stay. It was quiet in the evenings, the room is nicely decorated and clean, the bed was cosy and the shower.. fab! Piers was really helpful during my stay, he gave some good recommendations on places to eat, nice places to visit and where to park. He made me feel really welcome in his home.

    Sarah2019-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • We travelled to Bilsington for a wedding at Odo's barn. The wedding was at 2.00pm and by prior arrangement Piers let us check in at 1.00pm to change and go off to the wedding. This was a great help after a 3 hour car journey. Our room with an on suite was great value for money and very comfortable and spotless clean. We slept well that night and had a casual breakfast with Piers in the morning. We had to head straight off home in the morning but went via the coast road looking at New Romney and Rye on the way.I would say the area with its small winding roads mostly on the flat is great for a cycling holiday and that Piers The Post House is an ideal base.

    Paul2019-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • Great accommadation, slept like babies in your comfy bed! Thanks for accommodating our early arrival. Great host! We will visit you again!

  • Piers is very friendly and hospitable; we really felt welcome in his beautiful home and had a lovely time chatting with him! He has lots of good tips on where to visit in the surrounding area and he is clearly a perceptive and knowledgable chap. The room is lovely and there is a very pleasant view from one of the windows that I don't think appeared in the photos, so that was a pleasant surprise. The house has a beautiful garden that we wandered around in briefly before we left, and the village and the surrounding area are very pleasant indeed. Piers also made us a lovely breakfast that we didn't realise was included! He was easy to communicate with and provided us with directions to the house, so getting there was no problem at all. We would definitely stay with him again if we were visiting the area.

Welcome to Whispering Willows, a luxury attic space apartment that you will instantly fall in love with. The apartment is quite stunning. There are so many things for you to see in this area so come and explore... I feel it is important to get away from the daily grind to 're-kindle' why you got together in the first place! We have plans on other quirky spaces to stay in the future, so watch this space... We hope to see you soon... Deborah & Steve
Whispering Willows is a special place that is furnished to a very high standard. We are sure that once you set foot in the door, you won't want to leave. It is a self contained attic space with 1 bedroom, 1 en-suite, lounge and kitchen. So what are you waiting for...come and re-kindle yourselves...
Appledore is a lovely little village. It has a great pub, The Black Lion, with very welcoming staff and good food. There is a great tea room, Miss Molletts, fabulous cakes, sandwiches, tea, coffee etc. We have a well stocked village store. Free tennis courts on the playing field. If you need to get glammed up for a night out, we now have a new Hairdressers in the village, 'Blush' - highly recommended.
  • Whispering Willows was a fantastic getaway, the hot tub was excellent and the hosts Deborah and Steve were very thoughtful. They added little extras to our stay such as a birthday banner and a few beers in the fridge! We would definitely recommend a stay here.

  • Wonderful place to stay. Very easy check-in and out. Nice little place, perfect for a couple and great central location for historical attractions in Kent and East Sussex - equidistant from Dover Castle, Battle and Pevensey. Just what we needed! Would recommend/stay again.

  • A lovely little loft conversion, perfect for a relaxing weekend away for my partner’s birthday. Lots of little touches from Debs and Steve made it even better, not the mention the hot tub! Thank you.

    Laura2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • We loved Deb & Steve’s place. As Londoners, we couldn’t have wished for more of a welcome escape from city life. It’s quiet, rural, dark (if you’re after low light pollution) and well located for walks, English vineyards and good pubs! The place itself is cosy, nicely furnished and with a decent-sized kitchen if you’re up for self-catering. Can’t comment on the hot tub, as it was January and we chickened out of going in! They are right about transport - you’re definitely better off with a car but we did manage to get to Appledore and back a couple of times (only 20 mins stroll, mostly with pavement) and to the Ferry Inn, even at night on foot. Deb & Steve do provide bikes if you’re up for a country lane cycle. Can recommend the Black Lion pub in Appledore and Miss Mollets Tea Room. The former for fish pie or any seafood really, and the latter for excellent tea, cakes and sandwiches. If they have the sticky toffee date cake on the menu, order it without hesitation. Deb & Steve are excellent hosts, very welcoming, with great comms and plenty of local tips. And even picked us up for the station!

    Jamie2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely, clean, private loft space in the middle of a quiet, picturesque town with great pubs and vineyards! Deborah and Steve were great hosts, providing us with information in the loft on arrival and prior to our stay. Small personal touches and the Jacuzzi made for a great get a way weekend. Thanks!

The Shed stands in the garden of the Old Oak - once the smuggling pub of Bonnington. With fabulous views over the Marsh we offer a bedroom with a king size bed and a separate kitchen/living room, everything beautifully designed and presented.
Built originally for our family now living abroad - we love to share it with guests when the family are not with us. We consider the Shed is 'small but perfectly formed!' Everything is provided from bathroom goodies to kitchen stores (tea, coffee, sugar, flour, salt and pepper etc.) With shower room - cosy living room and private garden just for you, and views to die for across Romney Marsh, it's the perfect place to explore the many attractions on offer in Kent.
We are very rural and you would really need a car. There are masses of famous historical places within easy reach - Castles at Dover, Leeds, Walmer and Bodiam. Canterbury with its cathedral, the famous little churches of Romney Marsh, the artists of Rye, the beautiful villages of Kent with fabulous pubs! There is a Designer Outlet at Ashford, and we about 7 miles to the Eurotunnel and then 35mins by train to France. Kent is renowned for amazing gardens including Sissinghurst and Great Dixter. And the fast train to London St Pancras takes just 37 mins for a day in the city! There are brilliant walks and we have the details. Painters love the light and the huge skies of the Marsh and cyclists rave about the area. We think you would have a great time on Romney Marsh!
  • What a gem of a find! Definitely like no shed I've ever seen before! With so many personal touches inside, amazing countryside views outside and warm hospitality from our hosts and their beautiful dogs. We would certainly recommend!

    Mo2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely oasis away from the city — a really romantic getaway. I loved all the art in the shed!

    Simone2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Given the photos and description, you will go with high expectations... but it is even better than that! The flat is beautifully, thoughtfully and generously equipped. And the finishing touches make it even more like the kind of hospitality you would offer to your best friends. The location is great and the views across Romney Marsh are stunning.

    Sue2019-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent base for exploring this fascinating area. The Shed offers excellent accommodation and has stunning views from every window. Tina and Jeremy are wonderful hosts. Wish I'd brought our bikes as this is a great area for cycling. Recommended!

    Andy2019-09-13T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent accommodation, spacious and private with friendly and helpful hosts and its own little seating-out garden; well positioned to drop down to explore from Hythe to extra-ordinary Dungeness, plus a little further for distinctive Rye and Winchelsea.

    Scott2019-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • The Shed is ideally located for discovering the Marsh and coastal Kent. It’s an amazing space, very well designed and equipped. The hosts Tina and Jeremy are very welcoming without being intrusive. There were nice touches such as cake and fruit on arrival as well as supplies of tea, coffee, cereals and porridge. I would have no hesitation in returning or in recommending the Shed to couples or solo travellers looking for a break in the area.

    Ben2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • I cannot sing the praises enough for this place. Tina makes for a lovely welcoming host and made me and wife feel so comfortable, the place itself is perfect as a base to explore Romney marsh and Kent from. It was clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We will be staying again!

  • Robin is an excellent host and he made us feel very welcome. He made sure we had what we needed, particularly things that were running short due to the coronavirus outbreak! Directions were very clear and we had no trouble finding the accomodation. Would definitely recommend staying to anyone looking to explore the area.

Robin is a great host with plenty of tips about the local area. Lots of walks from the property and local shops and pubs within walking distance, larger supermarket 10 mins drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

  • Really nice stay

    Rosie2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • This space is perfect for a couple. In a beautiful location the pictures don’t do it justice. The place was spotless throughout and included all the kitchen essentials like washing up liquid, oil salt pepper etc. The double bed was big and very comfortable. The bathroom was ultra modern and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Although we were there in late December the central heating kept us snuggly warm. The host Robin was amazing so friendly and helpful.

    Lawrence2019-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • Outstanding rental in an architecturally designed apartment. The space is a wonderful blend of old and new. Entirely designed and built from the ground up which is evident in the high level of finishing. All of this plus open views across the lovely treed gardens to the Wye valley beyond. It is amazing to think that you're only 10 mins away by car from all the shops and connections you would ever need. The apartment offers everything you could wish for with stylish tweaks and touches throughout. A lovely cosy retreat for a break or a romantic weekend. Fantastic value and would recommend without reservation!

There’s even a private garden at the back of the annexe to enjoy the country air. The Farrier Arms, built in 1606, which brews its own beer, is just a short walk away. The food there was perfectly cooked and the portions were very generous. Mersham is in a lovely area of Kent.

  • Me and my boyfriend came here for a few nights and it was definitely the perfect get away! Oksana was a brilliant host, she was always there to help and couldn’t have made us feel more welcomed! The size of the place is good, spotlessly clean and has all amenities you need, plus it’s not far from any restaurants/shopping places you need to get to. The private hot tub was an amazing bonus and the roof overlooking it kept us well protected from the storm. I’ll be recommending this to everyone and we will 100% be back!

The hot tub is perfect, in a private area with nothing overlooking you at all and even has a covered roof so you can enjoy it whatever the weather. I cannot recommend this place enough!
