The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

Accès piscine , petite salle de sport. Accès gratuit à la plage du camping de Bilieu par badge. Possibilité de petit déjeuner sur demande en supplément (20 € pour 2 personnes). Table d'hôtes ( menu complet 35 € par personne) sur demande. Très belle vue sur le lac de Paladru en Isère.
