The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

One SINGLE upstairs bedroom with 1 160 x 200 bed and 2 90 x 200 beds. 2 private terraces, one of which is covered. Direct access to hiking trails, fishing ponds and proximity to Lake Paladru. Welcome bikes and riders (meadow and equipment room). Possibility of massages on the premises.
