This studio unit in a multi-family home with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer is perfect place for family vacation or a business trip. The entrance is at back of the house, please see the pictures. It has one queen bed, one queen sofa bed, additional mattresses can be provided if needed. We live upstairs; you might hear footsteps occasionally. No smoking is allowed inside or outside the premises. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries occurs on the premises.
