Secluded Private Guest Suite with Gorgeous Gardens

Stroll by a gently flowing waterfall through a unique and lush garden, perhaps to meditate, or simply to sip coffee in the morning sun. With easy access to I-90, head West to Seattle for work or shopping. Seattle is just six miles away. Or head east a short way to discover upscale Bellevue shopping, theaters and restaurants. Turn Left into the driveway for the Mercerwood Shoreclub--- that address is 4150 E. Mercer Way. Turn left again on the road between the club and the tennis courts. The first house you see is ours. Please park behind the garage on the left side near the blue hose. There is a wooden gate. Please go up the stairs. At the top of the stairs TURN RIGHT and Left and right again to the end of the house. You will see red chairs in front of your space. The code to open the door is. With easy access to I-90, head for West Seattle for work or shopping. Seattle is just six miles west, or head east a short way to discover upscale Bellevue shopping, theaters and restaurants.

This great base for business and pleasure trips has quality at every turn, views that can't be beat, & minutes from Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, Redmond, mountains, lakes, and much more. Enjoy the craftsmanship, architectural detail, & luxurious furnishings. .. AirBnB doesn't categorize this "double studio" suite with kitchen/dining between. Two beds convert to 3* * full size Euro-bed & * trundle daybed converts into a king size bed or two twin beds. Craftsman doors separate sleep space Kitchen has induction cook top that heats very rapidly but leaves cook surfaces cool / warm to the touch. And there is a browning microwave which works like a regular microwave and has a traditional oven heating element to brown / bake with.

This guest suite used to be the master bedroom of the house, separated to become an independent unit after remodel. It's small but has plenty space for resting, working, dining or enjoy a cup of coffee. The unit has its own entrance at back of the house. The deck overlooks the tranquil green belt.
