De Roode Stee Grolloo (private entrance)

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seat, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

The wellness area (70 sqm) costs, in addition to a basic fee of €30, €20 per person up to three hours, with two uses by the same people, €15 per person per use. The apartment in Langen in southern Emsland near Lingen is located in a quiet area and can accommodate up to four people. The apartment on the upper floor is fully equipped and has a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a living room with TV and fireplace, a conservatory, a terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill as well as two bedrooms with comfortable beds. The modern bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower as well as a washing machine.
