Small living room convertible into a bedroom with a double sofa bed leading to a bathroom, small but functional (shower+wc). Located 30 min maximum from the lakes in summer ( Bourget, Aiguebelette, St André, La Thuile, etc.), and the first ski slopes in winter (La Feclaz, Margeriaz).

Independent studio in house.

Take a break at the foot of the mountains in our studio. A parking space is available in front of the studio to charge electric cars (10 euros for charging, to be paid on site). Thermal cars will need to park on the street 20m away. A hot plate is available for cooking as well as a Senseo coffee machine with pods. The studio has a 140 cm x 190 cm bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 children (see description). The studio is air-conditioned in the summer.

New independent studio with separate toilet, shower room, small equipped kitchen, double bed, sofa bed for 1 or 2 children only, and private garden with outdoor sofa furniture, deckchairs and table with chairs. Free private parking, entrance to the studio and in the enclosed property with motorized gate with digicode. Arrival and Free Access with digicode for the gate and secure key box for the accommodation. Quiet, close to the center of Chambéry.
