En hiver, vous êtes à 20min de la station de ski de fond de la Féclaz en voiture, 50min des première station de ski du massif de Belledonne (7 Laux..) Du 15.06 au 15.09 une piscine est à disposition (non chauffée).

We welcome you to a 23 m² independent furnished studio, fitted out in our tastefully renovated farmhouse. It is located on a green hillside 2 steps from Chambéry, in a quiet area. Our region is ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and sightseeing: Historic town and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lake Bourget, visit to Annecy and its lake, Vanoise Park, Bauges mountain range... Appartement atypique et tranquille (42m² au sous-sol de notre maison). Cuisine ouverte sur un jardin de 700m² avec vue sur le massif des Bauges. Chambre parentale spacieuse. Petit salon convertible en chambre avec canapé-lit 2 places menant à une salle de bains, petite mais fonctionnelle (douche+wc). Situé à 30 min maximum des lacs l'été ( Bourget, Aiguebelette, St André, La Thuile, etc), et des premières pistes de ski l'hiver (La Feclaz, Margeriaz).

It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. 15 m² terrace with views of La Croix du Nivolet and La Chapelle St Michel. Hiking trails very close by and shops nearby (Vival, butcher, etc.). Everything is on site to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Independent studio on the ground floor, recent (2023) with bathroom and separate toilet. You can enjoy the 500m2 fenced garden with deckchairs, shaded area for outdoor dining. Here, we love animals and you are welcome with dog, cat, camel. Fully equipped with real bed with comfortable Bultex mattress and full kitchen with fridge, induction, coffee maker and kettle. Bed linen and towels provided. Washing machine for €5, detergent included.

Studio near station Comfort and Charm

Quiet and Comfortable Located near the train station on the Cassine side, and close to the city center. The studio of more than 20 m² is comfortable (real bed 140 x 190), it has private bathrooms and a kitchenette, with stove, microwave and grocery base, tea, coffee, oil... The decor is simple and vintage. From the window you can see the train station and the SNCF rotunda, in the distance the Epine mountain range.

Parties and events are forbidden! T2 upstairs of our house where we live with my family. The entrance is independent, the apartment too. The bus line that leads to the city center in 15 min passes 50 meters from the apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet, we are surrounded by mountains and shops. Parking spaces in the courtyard in front of the house. Barby is adjacent to Challes les Eaux, 10 min by bike

Take a break at the foot of the mountains in our studio. Parking is available in front of the studio to recharge electric cars (10 euros per recharge, to be paid on site). Thermal cars must park on the street 20 m away. A hot plate is available for cooking as well as a Senseo with pods. The studio has a 140 x 190 bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 children. The studio is air-conditioned in summer for cool nights.
