Located 5 minutes from the city center. Small supermarket at the foot of the building as well as a butcher, laundry, pharmacy, hairdresser, etc. Self-check-in and check-out Fiber Air-Conditioning Private outdoor parking space (parking closed by a barrier to be opened with a badge)

We welcome you to a 23 m² independent furnished studio, fitted out in our tastefully renovated farmhouse. It is located on a green hillside 2 steps from Chambéry, in a quiet area. Our region is ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and sightseeing: Historic town and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lake Bourget, visit to Annecy and its lake, Vanoise Park, Bauges mountain range... In a bucolic and very peaceful setting, this spacious home is nestled at the edge of a forest. Located 20 minutes from the lakes of Aiguebelette and Aix les bains, it is also the starting point for magnificent getaways in the heights of Savoie with the resort of La Féclaz located 30 minutes by car. A beautiful single-storey terrace allows you to enjoy your meals or moments of relaxation with friends with a petanque court. Spa unavailable at the moment (under repair)

You can relax here summer and winter!! Idyllic setting, a beautiful south facing terrace with views of the Granier and the Belledonne massif. Passionate about outdoor sports we can guide you to explore the surrounding area. Hikes are available on foot. In winter, you are 20 minutes from the Féclaz cross-country ski resort by car, 50 minutes from the first ski resort in the Belledonne massif (7 Laux..) From 01.05 to 30.09 a swimming pool is available (not heated).

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Apartment close to the resorts and lake, ideal location 20 minutes from La Feclaz, 20 minutes from Lake Bourget. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. 15 m² terrace with views of La Croix du Nivolet and La Chapelle St Michel. Hiking trails very close by and shops nearby (Vival, butcher, etc.). Everything is on site to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Free private parking, entrance to the studio and in the enclosed property with motorized gate with digicode. Arrival and Free Access with digicode for the gate and secure key box for the accommodation. Quiet, close to the center of Chambéry.

Independent studio in house.

Take a break at the foot of the mountains in our studio. A parking space is available in front of the studio to charge electric cars (10 euros for charging, to be paid on site). Thermal cars will need to park on the street 20m away. A hot plate is available for cooking as well as a senseo with pods. The studio has a 140x190 bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 children. The studio is air-conditioned in the summer for cool nights.

Very nice apartment, cozy, real haven of peace in this small house located in a cul-de-sac. Come and relax and enjoy the proximity to shops and the lake to stroll in this charming town on a human scale. Located on the first foothills of the Bauges mountain range, it offers you an open door to magnificent walks. And back home in the evening, why not enjoy the nearby Casino de Challes.
