Du 15.06 au 15.09 une piscine est à disposition (non chauffée).

We welcome you to a 23 m² independent furnished studio, fitted out in our tastefully renovated farmhouse. It is located on a green hillside 2 steps from Chambéry, in a quiet area. Our region is ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and sightseeing: Historic town and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lake Bourget, visit to Annecy and its lake, Vanoise Park, Bauges mountain range... New independent studio with separate toilet, shower room, small equipped kitchen, double bed, sofa with coffee table, and private garden with outdoor sofa furniture, deckchairs and table with chairs. Free private parking, entrance to the studio and into the enclosed property with motorized gate with digicode. Arrival and Free Access with digicode for the gate and secure key box for the accommodation. Quiet, close to the center of Chambéry.

Take a break at the foot of the mountains in our studio. A parking space is available in front of the studio to charge electric cars (10 euros for charging, to be paid on site). Thermal cars will need to park on the street 20m away. A hot plate is available for cooking as well as a senseo with pods. The studio has a 140x190 bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 children. The studio is air-conditioned in the summer for cool nights.

It is located in a quiet residential area, near the center of the village, 10 minutes from Chambéry, 25 minutes from the Féclaz resort (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) and 45 minutes from the 7 Laux (downhill skiing). Highway access 3 minutes away! The studio has amenities for a pleasant stay for two.

Quiet and Comfortable Located near the train station on the Cassine side, and close to the city center. The studio of more than 20 m² is comfortable (real bed 140 x 190), it has private bathrooms and a kitchenette, with stove, microwave and grocery base, tea, coffee, oil... The decor is simple and vintage. From the window you can see the train station and the SNCF rotunda, in the distance the Epine mountain range.

No parties or gatherings! T2 upstairs in our house where we live with my family. The entrance is independent, the apartment also. The bus line that leads to the city centre in 15 minutes passes 50 metres from the apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet, we are surrounded by mountains and shops. Parking spaces in the courtyard in front of the house. Barby is adjacent to Challes les Eaux, 10 min by bike
