A creek with pond flows through the garden and from the terrace you can watch cows, woodpeck and deer. The large terrace is perfect for barbecues, while the forest is ideal for hiking and cycling. Calling all stork fans and nature lovers! This newly renovated and modern but cozily furnished property is located in the green Schwerte-Geisecke. Surrounded by the Ruhr meadows, on the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path, you will be able to spend a relaxing time here. As a special highlight, you have a direct view of a stork nest a few meters away. At the right time, the stork couple can be observed here during courtship and breeding.

On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen and the living area. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, and a study is currently under construction.
