Beautifully converted barn, I lovingly restored it over the last 10 years, to the highest standards to offer a modern country living. I made it as my dreams evolved, including a home cinema, underfloor heating, internal courtyard for barbecues etc. Tucked away in a pretty village with it's bakery and convenience store, yet with easy access to stunning local countryside, historic villages and castles. The house is perfect for family celebrations or to get away from it all whatever the weather.

Experience a unique stay in the last housing unit designed by Le Corbusier (1965-67) on the largest site in Europe imagined by the architect, which includes a House of Culture (UNESCO classified), a stadium and a church. The apartment (95 m2), ideal for a family, renovated in the colors of Le Corbusier, incorporates characteristic elements of the time. A perfect base to discover the region: Saint-Etienne (10 min), Puy-en-Velay (45 min) and Lyon (1 hr).

A visiter aux alentours: le moulin de Vignal, la collégiale de Saint Bonnet le Château, l'abbaye de la Chaise Dieu, la coulée de lave de Bourianne..... On the edge of Puy de Dôme, 930 meters above sea level, very close to the Loire and Haute Loire, this old farmhouse located in a peaceful hamlet of Livradois Forez, is surrounded by many paths for walking. In summer you can enjoy the barbecue on the terrace and a place to stay that stays cool during heat waves. Important: I feed a cat that comes by the house every day.
